Received a recommendation for this place because our van had some type of fluid leak...we thought…read morethat it was a radiator leak. We took it over there, expected the worst, but when he came out there, a quick two minute inspection found that it was the water pump!! he gave us an estimate right on the spot of $135. It was a very reasonable price! It took him only two hours to install the water pump. I have a feeling that this establishment won't add extra expenses, parts, or labor. It was a great experience. Called to complain and was told they used higher quality succulents and a bigger container. The description states "additional flowers will be added to enhance the bouquet". I was also offered that it could be returned for a refund. This was sent as a gift, I'm certainly not going to ask for it to be returned. Won't be using this florist again. On a positive note, I did order this arrangement this morning and it was delivered early afternoon the same day.
