I think maybe people blame the service and its actually their cheap phone. The hills of Kentucky are a problem if you do not have an IPhone. We switched phones and it was like night and day. No more dropped calls. And I do not mean to be a advocate for Apple but their products have not presented me with near the problems. Only issue we had was an over charge on our bill from Verizon. I called and they insisted it was correct and seemed not willing to investigate it further with me. That cost them a star here. However, the next bill showed a correction for the overcharge. So there is that. I am cool with Verizon.

While I can't speak for the entire store I do speak for the woman I dealt with the morning of…read more1/21/2021. She was very impatient in explaining the prepaid data usage and when I had clarifying questions she replied with, "I just said that". She continued to wow me with her unprofessionalism when she explained that the store does not make any money on prepaid plans so they do not provide training. Boy did I sure feel like a valued customer when I was asked to read details off the phone I was looking at. She took a call and I laughed at her unprofessionalism and she standoffishly asked if it was funny. At that point I told her she was rude and that we were done. She demanded to know how she was rude and I told her it wasn't worth my time. This however is worth my time in hopes management will try to teach her some professionalism and customer service.
