Fox was great! They were able to fit us in between other appointments and work with our schedule, they were super fast, and gave us the best (lowest) quote. The guys were really nice, polite and respectful. I feel lucky to have found them, they made the whole process so easy. I have contacted them via Yelp, and got a quick reply. Scheduling a pick up was easy. On the day of the pick up, they called me to let me know that they would be a little late (instead of just showing up late, like so many other companies do). Contacted them through Paypal on a Friday morning to get some construction site clean, they answered quickly and in the afternoon they were there, doing quick and nice work, leaving a pristine room and offering a discount because of the limited trash on site ($60 in L.A. for 3 guys, a trucks and all the commuting it implies, it's pretty good). Eric was a great person to work with. He just had the work done beautifully for us this morning!! We had some railroad wood ties in our yard, and we wanted to get rid of . I first called a company and left a voice message, but they never replied. Then, I contacted Fox Junk Removal, Eric answered the call. These guys are great. I had a bunch of demolition debris from a recent move-in and they quoted me a very fair price. We set a time and they completed the job in about 20 minutes and they cleaned up beyond what they really needed to do. Also, the cost was less than I thought because it wasn't as much stuff.
