We scheduled a few days later, and Marlon was here on time, and assessed the issue almost immediately. The garage door opener is working, perfect, and he did maintenance on the door itself as well. The door would not stay up on its own when manually opened, but he took care of that, and replaced the rubber seal at the bottom of the door, as well as adjusted all the hinges and pulleys. Then after they offered free in-person estimate to get a better view so I went ahead and took it. The guy never arrived but I didn't wait too long since Giselle called me before notifying me that he won't be able to make it the day of so instead the Owner or something took a look at the pictures and gave me an estimate. The price was a tad bit high so I went and looked for some other companies. I got a few options through Yelp (great way to use the service btw) and told them all the lowest price I got and if they would match vs compete. Their tech arrived first thing at 8am today and just fixed our issue. Leslie was amazing. Paid attention to the details and looked like a honest man.
