Last week my Dad was in town and bought me a new garage door opener and installed It I would say 75% of the way. A gentleman named Tomer came by my house today (12/10/23) to take a look at a garage door that was installed by another company back in June of this year. In my opinion I thought it was installed incorrectly and not properly balanced. However Tomer assured us that everything was properly installed and there was nothing to worry about. I thought for sure that New Era would hand us an invoice for their time but to my surprise we weren't charged anything! That made our day!
