He was punctual on my big day and ready to capture all of the special moments. He presented my work to me in a timely manner sooner than my coworkers photographer who married in June. ! Thank you's, photos on a CD and acrylic album was included in my package. Although we had minor disagreements in what was promised Danial made this up by including in my package a large photo calendar with my sons on the front. His pictures were amazing and his retouching matched my theme of vintage, chic and elegant! Amazing priceless snapshots! He knew just where to be and at the right time! He was very communicative--even with the 13 hour time difference, I was able to coordinate with him easily. I had my husband be taken out of the house three hours before the party to set up... the balloon arch was delivered right on time. The photographer showed up half an hour earlier than the party. The magician I wanted to hire was booked somewhere else and I only found out a few days before, but the balloon sculpture artist Mark recommended instead was an absolute hit with the kids as well as the adults, which was a pleasant surprise. He made my husband the most outrageous birthday hat. Right when he was supposed to be done, one of the kids tripped and popped his balloons and got upset, and he stayed longer to make him (and a few other stragglers) more balloons. Truly kind. The photographer David was also really so helpful, friendly, and on it! He came early and helped with some of the set up... he was attentive and also very nice to talk to. Very natural (sometimes it's awkward when a photographer's in your face taking pictures but it wasn't awkward at all). We got a USB full of pictures right after the party! They delivered the fabulous balloon arrangements right on time (a couple of hours before the party) and the delivery person was very helpful and friendly! Almost everyone at the party told me how much they loved the balloons. A great experience from start to finish!

First I have to say he responded to my emails and texts in a very timely manner. Hans suggested that we shoot our wedding photos in Central Park because my husband and I did not realize that Botanical gardens and most city properties require permits for Wedding photography. Well that was my bad and Hans assured that the photos in Central Park would turn out beautiful. I decided to have a City Hall wedding on August 8th 2018 and Hans even arrived before we did. We took plenty of photos outside of the courthouse and we were unfortunately unable to take any photos inside of the court house. Apparently only the Manhattan Court allows photos inside. After the ceremony we drove to Central Park and Hans took AMAZING photos! He knew all the best areas of the Park to go to and I honestly have to say that all of my photos came out beautiful! I do have to mention that it was really hot and humid at the park (about 100 degrees) and Hans made sure to photoshop those sweat beads LOL. I have to honestly say that I recommend Hans. I will definitely hire Hans to take photos at my baby shower when my husband and I decide to expand our family. Hans was punctual, knowledgeable, pleasant and the quality of his work is great. I MUST be honest , my part was easy , made a phone call , paid for the rentals which was priced reasonable and the tables , chairs , tents , and floor mats were delivered, set up in short notice and the crew were very neat and quick with setup and with pickup the next day . I don't agree with a few pics showing ragged chairs , the tables and chairs were new and solid looking from our experience. Birthday party was fun , my niece was happy , the guest were happy , my cuz was happy and most important, I didn't have to lift a finger as atlas party rentals did it all. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter and would recommend 100 percent .

PSA: Do Not Trust This Company With Time-Sensitive Events I…read morefeel obligated to warn others about this horrible experience. I did not "Have a rentastic day". Imagine it's the day before your bridal shower. You're catering the entire event yourself. You've spent weeks planning, shopping, prepping food, coordinating staff, and making sure every detail is perfect. Now imagine the tables and chairs you paid for in full were supposed to arrive at 8:00 AM... and they simply never show up. No call. No email. No update. No response. I was told around 11am that they would arrive around noon, and Rachel Frankel told me to "have a rentastic day" and then went home for the day, neglecting to answer the "urgent matter" extension, as it continually hung up on us. By 7:00 PM the night before my bridal shower, we still had no rentals and no answers. My fiance ended up driving to their location and literally knocking on doors trying to find someone. A manager admitted they may have forgotten our order. We were then asked for payment AGAIN despite already being paid in full. The rentals finally arrived late, in pouring rain, completely disrupting our setup schedule and forcing us to hire additional help just to get everything ready in time. Our set up for my bridal shower was ultimately late, and the food couldn't be served at the intended time which was really irritating. What bothered me most wasn't even the late delivery--it was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism. Not one proactive update. Not one sincere apology. The only thing they seemed concerned about afterward was getting me to remove my review on Google. Then, when they came to pick up, they parked on a busy road with nowhere to pull over, completely cutting off traffic, with the back of the box truck open. They tried carrying tables down 2 flights of cement stairs when we explicitly told them to go in the back multiple times where the items were right next to our parking lot. After me telling them for a third time to stop moving items on the cement steps because it is dangerous, they moved the truck, leaving the back OPEN, WITH ONE OF THE PEOPLE HANGING OUT OF THE TRUCK INSIDE HOLDING ALL THE TABLES?? Like, what insanity is that? There doesn't seem to be anyone managing this company effectively. If you're planning a wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, graduation party, or any event where timing matters, ask yourself: Would you be comfortable wondering at 7 PM the night before your event whether your tables and chairs are ever going to arrive? I wouldn't wish that stress on anyone. Choose a rental company that values communication and respects the importance of your event. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Rentastic Party Rentals. You will certainly NOT have a rentastic day.
