If you are looking for rusty chairs and an impolite owner, this is the rental place for you. The set up crew was wonderful- kind, helpful, and respectful. Wish the same could be said for the owner, and wish the products delivered represented some sort of pride in ownership. I was embarrassed to put them out, and had to call to have them picked up. I've recently used Valley Tent Rental for my mom's surprise birthday party and let me just say I was SO happy I went with them. No regrets. Highly recommend them. I reached out to 3 different tent companies in the area (via their websites) and 2 out of the 3 got back to me. Valley Tent being one of them. I called them directly after getting an estimate because I was looking for a tent that could be built on our deck. This was a small gathering of 12 people or so I wanted to turn the deck into an additional room to have more space. This was my first time renting a tent with sides and most importantly on a deck. After receiving my estimate, I had a few questions. Both, Joyce and Justin, were very nice, patient, and professional. They were responsive and great with answering all my questions. They'd also give recommendations based on their expertise. With it being a surprise birthday party, timing as very important to me and their team was very punctual to the minute which I really appreciated. Their crew was very professional and accommodating. They setup the tent within the set timeframe which was about an hour and a half. I rented a 12x12 tent with sides, the gutter, and a heater. It was in early January so we needed the heater. The heater was amazing! It came with its temp controller, really warmed up the area quick. It was great. Our guest were impressed with the whole setup. I also felt their prices were very reasonable for the quality of work and equipment you're renting. I would definitely use Valley Tent Rental again! read more

We used Valley Tent Rental this past weekend for an at home Wedding Reception. Joyce, at Valley tent was so accommodating and professional. We had a little over 100 guests. We rented a tent, dance floor, bar, china, cutlery, glasses, table and chairs from them. Everything arrived as requested, two days before our event so our grass could stay dry under the tent. We added a tent liner and leg drapes which made the inside of the tent very dressy. We also had 3 chandeliers, and lighting around the interior of the tent. All of our guests commented about the elegance and beauty of the inside of the tent! I have used them before and will continue to use and recommend Valley tent for all my rental needs. We had priced out another company, however, Valley tent was more reasonable and delivered as promised. read more

Valley Tent Rental came through for my Bridal Shower big time! They were able to set up two tents in our backyard to prevent anyone getting wet in the rain. It down poured, but you would never know! The staff is very professional and set up and take down was quick and seamless. They were very accommodating in the situation and did whatever we needed! Don't even waste your time with this company. Like others have mentioned, their customer service is horrendous. The woman answering phones should not be working in customer service. I would not deal with them or trust them with an event. You have to choose what you want to order from a website with tiny little pictures. You can't see these items in person, so you can't even tell what you're actually going to get. Jon Louie and his co-workers and staff at Valley Tent Rental are THE BEST around. We had our son's graduation party on June 1, and Jon came out way before to analyze our property to help us set up the best possible party by evaluating where our tents, tables (both round and high tops) and chairs were going. It didn't stop there- we decided to only use one of the two tents suggested as we were gambling with the weather... good idea? Nope. The week of the party my husband and I thought it would be a good idea to add another tent as the weather wasn't looking so great, but guess what? Jon told us because of the season (proms, weddings, graduations, etc.) they didn't have any left... UGH!!!!! After many sleepless nights trying to decide what to do with the 150+ people that may be walking around our house (help!) Jon made magic happen!!! I had the most awful experience this past weekend for my father's birthday party. The tent went up wrong, the chairs were filthy, one was completely broken, others had gouges & scratches in the cushions, the tent roof leaked leaving a large puddle & one rain flap had a significantly large tear through the middle & all & all they were grossly dirty. It was an embarrassment to represent myself that way. The caterer reached out on my behalf to the owner & he offered to reimburse me the cost of 1 broken chair! I submitted several requests for quotes by phone & email. They pleased me by replying quickly. Then I put in the order on Tuesday, everything was signed and agreed upon. Suddenly on THursday I hear from their rep Karri that apprently they do not have tables I ordered but they have smaller ones. I said that they should give me an extra table but keep the price we agreed to as it was their fault- however she went ahead and did all new quote. The difference between the price was $1.07 - so for me it was not a big deal but it tells you how much their care about customers if for 1 dollar they make me waste my lunch hour on snanning and emailing the forms. Highly dissapointed by their customer service! And the fact it was last minute since my event is on Saturday and I already chose them to provide the furniture. My event is on Saturday so I am hoping they will not mess up. If it goes well I might reconsider rating to three stars. read more

So they set it up but not in best location. We called and he refused to change it and very argumentative. He put the blame on us since we weren't there. My family and I have been using VTR for over 8 years. We have had easily 10 to 15 parties between all of us and do not have any complaints. The service has always been great, no problems at all. One thing about them I noticed compared to other companies is cleanliness. The tents and tables and chairs are always clean. Other companies will often have stained chairs or tent tops, not them. I have seen the crew scrubbing tents and chairs when then pick up the supplies after a party. Good business that way you are always supplying top notch goods. I rented some tables and chairs from them in Aug 2015 for a party and kept them in our backyard. One day later we noticed there were roaches in our house which has never happened before. We determined they were from the tables and chairs we rented. After we thoroughly cleaned up the backyard and sprayed our house, the roaches didn't come back. Valley Tent Rental should have thoroughly sprayed their equipment before delivering them to customers. I don't trust this company anymore which is unfortunate since the customer service was great. read more

I have used Valley tent for several of my summer parties. They are an amazing group of people to work with. Extremely professional and reliable. They show up when they are supposed to and work quickly and efficiently. Guys who sent up and break down are so friendly and polite. I tend to get nervous the day of my party over weather and they are always available to run extra pieces to the tent down to me up till the hour before the party is going to start. They come back the next day to take the tent down so my grass doesn't die. Besides all the amazing service, their product is top quality as well as their pricing. I put up one of their biggest tents to accommodate 80-90 people. I use chandeliers, string lighting, disco balls, dance floor, fans, tables, linens all through them. And their products are great.
