They seem to do a good job for an ok price. They incessantly solicit your neighborhood and at times have tried to sign me up even though I'm on a quarterly plan. They also offer incentives to leave good Google Reviews. I likely won't renew after my one year is up because of that. read more

Singed up with fox from a salesman going door to door (red flag I should of known) not reading the fine print I locked myself into a year contract. I was getting billed every month even tho they only come out every other month or every third month. The first time I called in to cancel my contract the nice lady said that's fine. Another month goes by and i get a charge again for services from them. I called back and found out that I needed to pay and additional $150 to get out of the contract. $338 later I'm out of a contract with them. Moral of the story read the fine print before you sign up! I found one bed bug and immediately panicked. I choose FOX because of the 30-day guarantee. The original technician, and his supervisor, were unable to find any bed bugs due to the very minor 'infestation'. That would have been fine, but they didn't make us feel like they believed that there was a problem. They treated and the technician came back two weeks later as scheduled, and again, they didn't make us feel confident. Fast forward 25 days and I find more bed bugs. I call and FOX honor's their guarantee. A new technician comes, because the original one no longer works for the company. There were clearly issues with the original technician's work, unfortunately for me, this also seemed to be the reason I still have bed bugs in my home. The new technician made me feel confident that they would do whatever they could to solve the bed bug issue. However, it was too little, too late, two weeks later, I find more bugs. I can't help but think that the issue remains due to the poor work of the original technician. Regardless, I find myself out $1,900, and I still have bed bugs, but FOX did honor their guarantee. I guess the moral of this review is that if you are not feeling confident in your technician you should contact the company immediately. read more

I signed up for this a few years ago and it seemed like a fair deal. I was bound to a 1 year contract and set up auto pay. One day i received an email stating i had an outstanding balance due to my card expiring. I looked at the account and notced that my fee had increased substantially without any notice. I called the office that day to square it away, and cancel. The office person was helpful and said they will cancel since my contract expired, and write off the balance since i had the quarterly service done before the billing. I then received an email stating i needed to provide a 30 day notice to cancel and still owed the monthly fee. A month later i get another email now saying i owe more and I'm still under contract. I called and reffered to my emails and they are not holing up their end of the discussion we had in May. I have heard many complaints like this and until now defended their company. Not anymore. What a poorly run business. There are many better options out there. Don't choose this company. They are very confused. read more

I have use Fox services for 3 years. Fox increased my contract payment by $30 this month without a notice. I only found out from my bank account statement. Fox withdraws the money at the beginning of the services month instead of when service were rendered. I called to cancel my service, but was refused a refund of my $173.00. The only option given was to use their service or lose your money. This is in favor of Fox by not informing their customers of an increase until the month of service and requiring a 30 day cancelation. Especially, when you have 3 months in between service to provide notice of changes. Good customer services would have given a 60 days notice of increase, having customers sign an addendum to the contract, and giving customers the option to cancel. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was denied my request. Next will Consumer Affairs, if they don't refund my money. read more

I noticed I was charged by Fox Pest, via credit card, on Feb 1 for services not provided. I called and they said they bill way in advance of service. (In this case no service provided). I contacted the PA attorney general's office. They told me that "pre-billing" is not permitted in PA. You cannot bill weeks /months before providing service. The PA state attorney general is now investigating. I called Fox to fix this and they were rude and obnoxious. If they had been polite and courteous I may have stayed with them since I only used them once in the past. I requested a refund but after 30 days they have not refunded any money. BEWARE! read more

Door-to-door salesman that stopped by was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I shared that we have not had any issues and were not interested in the services to which he continued to say that just because we do not have issues at the moment, things would change once we go into the summer season. I told him that we haven't had issues in the summer months in the past to which his tone started to change into a more aggressive tone. I am just confused as to how this organization allows their salesman to treat home owners (in my case of 15 years) as if they are completely clueless and don't know what goes on in their homes. Either way we were friendly and just continued to let him know we were not interested at this time and even asked to take a brochure, which he conveniently did not have. He was carrying around a laminated piece of paper (very COVID quarantine friendly -___- ). I asked to take a picture of the prices, to which he began to abruptly walk away and turned back to say "you can find it on our website." so today is a Saturday at around 6:00 pm and I hear the door bell ring. It was a sales person from Fox Pest Control. They said they were dealing with some of my neighbors issues " blah blah blah". I think we all know the drill by now with door to door sales people. I listened to him talk about their services and let him know we were having some issues with some bugs currently. After he was done I politely asked for a card as we were going to be looking into getting some quotes and checking out a few different companies in the area. He then informed me that the " discount " that he was offering me left when he did. I then told him that if thats how they do business then I won't be considering them at all In my decision. as someone in sales myself, I am so tired of the BS tactics that are pushed. If you can give me a discount now you can give me a " discount" in a few days or weeks if we decide to use your services. Don't randomly knock on my door during dinner on a weekend and try to hard sell me, because now not only will I never do business with your company, but the only experience I have to share about Fox is a negative one. read more
