They came out in a very timely manner and got right to the problem and had it fixed before they left. I honestly thought they'd have to identify the problem, go get supplies, etc. and come back another day to fix it. I really expected it to be an ordeal. It wasn't! They had everything they needed and were very efficient; very knowledgeable too! Right here before Christmas, I feel very thankful that they were able to get to my problem and fix it. The only two outlets in my kitchen weren't working at all and, if not for Wilbanks, it could have been a real inconvenience. I also really appreciate how friendly and respectful they are with each other as they work. It's refreshing to see that!
