This company came recommended by a Realtor so we gave them a call. (So glad we did!) Gumtree and their team were very responsive, came out to do an estimate quickly. Their price was slightly lower than other quotes we received so that was a plus! But, most importantly, they had a great personal customer service approach that only a family business can offer. Not only did they care about my business and made sure we got the best product for our budget and home, they went the extra mile to answer all my 1001 questions. On the day of the installation, the team was very respectful of our property and they took the time and care to do things right. I saw some issues during the installation that I noted to bring up to the project manager. But I never had to say anything, I heard him outside getting his team to rework the areas that needed a little extra tweaking. Outside of the great workmanship, the team were great to talk to. Overall, I'm very pleased with their work. Time will tell if there are any issues with the gutters themselves (it hasn't rained much yet) but I'm convinced that it should be good. If not, I just need to give them a call and they'll be back. So other great things to note, they have an awesome digital project agreement. I was able to see exactly what I was agreeing to and the price. Plus they provided a diagram of the gutters and how they would be placed in the home. I really appreciated that.
