Corey and Joe are the BEST! My mother passed. So my sister and I needed a pre-inspection to find out what shape the house was in. On my first call to Corey, he was polite, knowledgeable and booked the inspection date. That was impressive. When he and Joe came to the house, on time, I might add, my sister said that they were there for a little over four hours. Corey called me and said that he would be sending the report and video asap. I got it in my in box on the same day! Boy, was it thorough. They left no stone unturned. They even checked the refrigerator, stove and microwave. They were very professional.
