I don't understand why a local family owned business would act this way, so I hope I've just been catching them at a bad time. Seems a shame that they just don't want to help customers and seem to be 'grumpy old men'. I take my business to nurserys over the PA line where they are actually nice to customers, or down into Hunt Valley or Sparks and pay the premium.

After we purchased the tree they planted it for us and continued to communicate about how it was doing. The plants they have are unusual and have been cultivated by their loving hands over months and years. Visiting their nursery is a special experience. The plants are well taken care of and the staff is incredibly helpful. The non plant items are super cute too!! It fits the vibe of the whole store.
