However, if they late cancel your appointment they aren't accommodating for a re-schedule. Unless you can re-arrange your life expect to be several months out--as in at the time of your next cleaning. As a professional myself if I have to late cancel someone due to unforeseen circumstances I make sure to go above and beyond to accommodate a re-schedule that is convenient for the person because I value the time they set aside. I guess I should always remember that not everyone has that same level of professionalism.

I'd like to add that yesterday an old crown that had been placed by a prior dentist fractured and chipped off. I called Artisan Dental last evening to see if I could get in today. I got a return call at 7:15 this morning, was in their chair at 9 AM, and was done with a new crown at 11:15 AM. Hart and Olson is by far the best dental office I have been to. Dr. Olson is kind, competent, and pleasant. I've had a few hygienists here over the last couple years, and each have been excellent. The office staff is helpful and professional. The facilities are top-notch, and equipment is always very modern, clean, and comfortable. Portage is *very* lucky to have a dentistry office of this caliber.
