They took X-rays and Dr Bhagat not only took care of removing what was lodged (a tiny bird talon believed to it or not), but she also went over other issues with my feet and how to proactively avoid future issues. Peter failed to represent myself or the best interest of the estate of my father according to the contract I had with him starting with enforcing my father's prenup; a pretty basic first step. Since Peter did not "defend the prenuptial" according to the contract I had with him because the first order in defending the prenup should have been to enforce it. Because of these facts I feel I was misrepresented and misinformed and there was a breach of contract. Four overarching categories of legal malpractice occur with relative frequency: breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful conduct, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of contract.
