Peter failed to represent myself or the best interest of the estate of my father according to the contract I had with him starting with enforcing my father's prenup; a pretty basic first step. Since Peter did not "defend the prenuptial" according to the contract I had with him because the first order in defending the prenup should have been to enforce it. Because of these facts I feel I was misrepresented and misinformed and there was a breach of contract. Four overarching categories of legal malpractice occur with relative frequency: breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful conduct, negligent misrepresentation, and breach of contract.
