Chesterbrook was by far the best of what we saw. I will admit that they are a bit pricy, but my husband and I decided that we had to find a way to make it work. The school follows a curriculum that both enriches their minds and embraces their time as children. They strive to serve healthy food. The teachers are supportive and show that they care on a regular basis. When we moved, we switched to the Sugar Grove campus and we're just as happy. We chose to keep our daughter at Chesterbrook for kindergarten and I am glad we did. She had full day kindergarten without having the same classes twice. They bus kindergarteners to the Naperville school for specials once a week, which my daughter loved. Classes were focused and small. She even did a science fair project. Of course no school is perfect, but it would be silly to expect it from anyone, however, this school makes every effort to go above and beyond expectations at every turn. My kids still go back for some of their awesome summer camp days.

These guys are the best! Having distance from my home as a factor, it was between this place and…read morekindercare. The difference was easy to tell... First, all the children at kiddie academy are smiling, laughing, and having a ball. That tells you something big right there! Second, they have an awesome service of taking pictures of my son throughout the day and emailing me fun pictures, when he took a nap and how long, what he ate and how much, and what they learned or experienced like painting, dancing, singing, sign language gestures, etc. Third, it turns out my son has an issue with milk - it was no problem for them to switch him to soy. They're all very talented in their observations of my son and are able to spot things (they caught he had a slight fever one day & they always give me constant communication on how he's doing). The staff at Naperville's Kiddie Academy are the best of the best. The teachers in the infant room were wonderful as are the teachers in the 1 to 2 year old room. Although we haven't experienced all their rooms, while walking down the hallway, they all appear to be interacting enthusiastically with the children, again, all the kids are having a blast, and as Tatiana (who signed us up) said when I asked her why I should sign up with her rather than kinder care - "we really don't compare" and she was right. This place is super clean, new, communicative, and unlike kinder care, they hustled for my business. My son has been here four months and loves it.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this school!! The first day that my 4 year-old son…read moreattended the school, he came home happy, cheerful, and proud to be a student of "Montessori school." He felt safe, included, and confident as a new little learner in his classroom. His enthusiasm and interest to learn and explore new things grows everyday. I cannot thank enough his teachers for guiding and encouraging him to learn and explore new things in school. I found everyone working in this school, right from the administrators to the teachers, to be caring, dedicated and compassionate individuals who love working with children. They work tirelessly to support and guide them in order to help them gain meaningful knowledge at their own pace. In short, this school is a hidden gem tucked away in North Aurora road and all parents who want their children to experience authentic Montessori method of learning in a school, should definitely visit and explore this school. I only wish their organization had a prominent website that was solely dedicated to the school and shared their curriculum, vision and mission. Had there been a proper website of this school instead of the "montessori unlimited", we would have enrolled our son long ago when he was 3; we learned about this school from a friend and I'm so glad we visited them soon after. Thus, a prominent website and/or a strong presence in social media will, I strongly believe, help many more families to be aware of this wonderful school that provides authentic Montessori learning experience to children.

We need to constantly ask for updates regarding meals , nap time , etc. One occasion a pick up my soon earlier than usual and one of the assistants was correcting inappropriately around other kids (after talking to him and a different teacher we find out that what he was getting scream at was nothing wrong), the director address the issue immediately but regardless the bad experience can't go away. I don't fee they understand kids sometimes need to be kids. Our previous school was a Montessori as well but was Amazing. As a parent I believe we pay enough for situations like this not to happen.
