I will never attend nor recommend another KinderCare again as they really led me to believe something was wrong with my son when even the pediatrician said it was terrible twos. They sent me through so many hoops to where I even had my son evaluated my a speech therapist & behavior specialist. Both were stunned he was even recommended and the behavior specialist pointed out what I had been feeling but no mother wants to admit - that they are picking on him for some reason to get him out of their establishment. This daycare does not have the patience nor the skills to handle the terrible two's, especially with toddlers who have higher energy than others. The behavior they described I have never seen in my son before, especially around other kids his age. I believe they took advantage of the fact that I was more naive and new to parenthood so for awhile I just believed and even admitted to them that I relied on them for help & guidance on how to do things... but after a while it got ridiculous and the stories were not even adding up anymore. It got to the point that the coordinators were stressing me out more than helping that I pulled him out and never looked back. My sons are now in another school with the same sized class environment & thriving. I can't believe I even had to request a parent teacher meeting when my child was so badly struggling...I should've been contacted from the get go rather than it all being brand new informations 2 months AFTER he transitioned into the toddler room. Just ridiculous, I feel bad for letting my son stay here so long when he was clearly not wanted. Shout out to Alexis in the infant room though, she was the best & we genuinely felt that she cared for the kids. The rest..... not so much.

She sends photo updates of crafts, play time, snack, potty, nap start and end time, for EVERY child via the SproutAbout app. You can view your child in the video during the time they are checked in. I love seeing photos of my daughter playing outside, in the gym, painting with corn, being read to, etc. My daughter is better potty trained at daycare, naps without her pacifier at daycare, and comes home singing songs she learned that day. Being our first child, we were understandably apprehensive about daycare, but it didn't take long to see how caring each of his teachers were. Every classroom he's been in has been an excellent experience. The teachers are attentive and great at communication. Their Sproutabout app, which they use to send parents updates, is second to none, and being able to check in on the live cameras at any point gave us the transparency we needed to feel comfortable. Please don't think of this as your average daycare. The teachers who care for the kids are truly teaching our little guy so much. Every single day he comes home sharing what he's learned, sharing new experiences, arts and crafts and he genuinely enjoys being there. Lastly, I cannot speak highly enough of the facility leadership. They communicate so well with us, they're always cheerful, and they have strong bonds with the kids who attend. They handle challenging situations well. There's so much to speak highly of. More importantly, we love the teachers and admin at KLA: Ms. Tiffany has been my 4 year old's teacher from the very beginning. She is down to earth, fun, and really connects with the kids. When I asked my daughter who her best friend was the other day, one of the 3 people she listed included Ms. Tiffany. My 4 year old is very shy but over time has opened up a lot more at school and improved her social skills with the help of Ms. Tiffany. Ms. Lisa is my 2 year old's teacher. She has young children of her own and she treats my daughter as one of own. I can tell how much she cares for and looks after my little one. Ms. Melissa is the art teacher - she works with all the children at KLA. She is incredibly nice, creative, and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the kids. Ms. Heather is the principal. She is very responsive to parents and has been a pleasure to work the past 7 months. Martial arts and music class is part of the curriculum. I am also impressed by the Spanish exposure the kids get. My 2 yr old surprised me one day when she started counting her toys in Spanish without being prompted. My older daughter has attended 5 different daycares, and by far we have been the most impressed with KLA. I never worry about the quality of care my girls get while I'm at work. Ms. Gaby (3 yr old class) is a great teacher - she is warm and deals well with all of the different personalities of the children. My daughter loves going to school there and since the stay at home order has gone into affect, the school has done a great job with conducting lessons via Zoom. This has really helped keep some normalcy for my child and they have gone above and beyond to prioritize the kids over all else. I highly recommend KLA to all my friends with children.
