I honestly think Dr. Paige is the issue on why every provider that use to work there quits all a sudden. they have taken my money with no issues but won't find room to get my questions answered or prescription's looked at. I have paid over 5K to this company and this is thanks I get because they are short staffed and keep nobody at this company. Never recommending this company again.

My health journey was derailed by the owners inability to maintain medical staff. I paid a great deal of money in an attempt to improve my overall health via a series of tests only to be told they could not book a follow up appointment due to employee turnover. They offered a group zoom with up to twenty other patients for two hundred dollars which is not an experience I would ever participate in. I looked at indeed dot com and this verified my suspicions. We stopped here while on vacation at Wisconsin dells, had to find an urgent care because my 4 yr…read moreold had a nasty cut on his head. We quickly googled online and decided to drive 25 min to come here rather another place 5-10 min closer, and that was a smart move. The urgent care/ ED here was great and super efficient, went through triage, got brought into treatment room, had vitals and brief history taken all done under 20 min or less. We were seen by Dr Biederman who was just efficient, wound cleaned and stapled and we were on our way, whole visit was about an hour, in contrast to Minneapolis children's where we were in lobby waiting for two hours, not seen till I wanted to leave. Other than their harder to find entrance, I would highly recommend this place if you have urgent need like ours.

Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Their family medicine area does not communicate their…read morehours well at all. They told me they had late script pickup hours on Mondays. They decide one Monday not to staff late and they give no heads up as to this fact when I told them I would specifically be in late that Monday. Then after them putting me through this they are unable to make things right and allow me to pickup after 4:30pm that week. I am looking at switching provider immediately, horrible service.
