The driver was constantly in touch via text/phone calls all night, giving us the peace of mind knowing we had a reliable ride home, and also the ability to change time/place in an instant if plans changed. We were able to get the convenience of driving ourselves to the evening's events, and the convenience of not having to make a trip to pick up the car the next day if we had taken a traditional cab. Additionally, we only had to pay for a one-way trip, rather than the round-trip plus fees required to take a van-taxi two ways. I would definitely recommend this service. We wanted to make it special for them and saw very nice limousine's online. The limousine that was given was dirty and run down. My daughter's phone was dead the whole night and she could not communicate with me because she had no where in the limousine to charge it. I gave the limousine company the addresses of 3 stops with 10 mile radius of each other and the driver complained about it being confusing. I re-wrote the directions of the night and the driver still called me every hour for instructions. The limousine driver also stalled at the last stop because he didn't want to take the kids 18 minutes away. We had to meet him at À Publix because he said the time would go over bringing the children home. The manager the next day called us and asked us why we didn't tip the driver. After explaining why the driver wasn't tipped and his behavior he stated, "the driver was upset he didn't get a tip first". They have poor customer service and they cater to their employees instead of their customers. And they definitely are non-accommodating and misleading with what they offer in the limousines. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE!!!!
