We wanted to make it special for them and saw very nice limousine's online. The limousine that was given was dirty and run down. My daughter's phone was dead the whole night and she could not communicate with me because she had no where in the limousine to charge it. I gave the limousine company the addresses of 3 stops with 10 mile radius of each other and the driver complained about it being confusing. I re-wrote the directions of the night and the driver still called me every hour for instructions. The limousine driver also stalled at the last stop because he didn't want to take the kids 18 minutes away. We had to meet him at À Publix because he said the time would go over bringing the children home. The manager the next day called us and asked us why we didn't tip the driver. After explaining why the driver wasn't tipped and his behavior he stated, "the driver was upset he didn't get a tip first". They have poor customer service and they cater to their employees instead of their customers. And they definitely are non-accommodating and misleading with what they offer in the limousines. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE!!!!

The man arrives, on time, in a coat and tie and at the wheel of spic and span vehicle. First one was damaged sheet aluminum as a direct result of poor packaging. I was able to use some of it so I agreed with customer service to split the cost of the material. Second one was overcharging on shipping because they misjudged the weight on their online ordering software. And just now I am missing parts on an order. Each time aircraft Spruce did make it right, but not without challenge. Really getting fed up with their customer service attitude that I do get and just got and their shipping department being inadequate and poorly managed.

Unfortunately, my Mom was not in the right mental state to wait for the taxi to pick her up and she began walking to her apartment. Luckily, the Zion staff (Germaine) called me, waited around, looked for my Mom, found her walking, picked her up and called me. They allowed me to speak to her and confirmed they picked her up and were taking her home. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They treated my mom with respect and consideration that was needed in the moment. This is excellent customer service that I sincerely appreciate living in California trying to help my Mom.
