I was paired with Dr. Mark, and from the first visit, I knew I was in good hands. My experience began with computer-measured range of motion tests and x-rays, which made me feel a bit like a science project, but in a good way. Dr. Mark went over every detail with me, explained what he saw, and laid out a plan that made sense. He asked for my thoughts, checked my comfort level, and didn't just nod politely while thinking of lunch. He actually listened. During each session, Dr. Mark continues to explain exactly what he is about to do and why. This may sound simple, but it builds a kind of trust that is rare in medicine. I have also been treated by Dr. Steve twice when scheduling required a switch, and his professionalism and calm manner left me equally reassured. It has now been a bit over six weeks since I first hobbled through their door. I can move like a human being again. After twelve visits, I was retested and showed significant improvement.
