the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, went there today, August 19th, 2025 and they were not polite whatsoeve. I asked to use the bathroom before checking in about the care they provide, if my insurance works with them and I was sent away. Ridiculous. When I went for my initial consultation, I met with the reception staff who were quick to warmly greet me and explained the basics of how they provide care, and also explained what measures they took to keep the office as virus free as possible during the Coronavirus 19 pandemic, and walked through the paperwork with me so I understood. After I completed my paperwork I was placed in a room to wait with a crazy looking big machine like I've never seen before. When Dr. Eric came in, he explained that the big machine's purpose is to take joint-motion imaging scans. After the scans, he had me watch some videos that go over chiropractic care and the importance of continued treatment in detail. After I was done watching the video, Dr. Eric had me go to the scanning booth for my first infrared spinal scan. After that, he invited me over to the tables where he showed me the results of that scan and proceeded to explain what he would be doing and how each instrument worked as he began to adjust me. He allowed me to ask questions as we went along and that really helped me feel at ease. It has now been 3 years since I made the choice to go to LFC and I'm so happy I discovered them! My back has never felt better and I now understand the importance of the brain and body connection so much better than I ever thought I did! Simply put, the doctors and their staff are the best! They all truly and genuinely care and want to see their patients living their lives pain free and stress less! Would definitely recommend dr. Eric, prior to visiting here for the first time I had a lot of lower back pain and had difficulty trying to sleep for long periods of time. I'm on my third week now and wow I feel like a new person! After the first week I was able to sleep sooooo much better! No back pain bothering me, messing my sleep up whatsoever. I gotta say every time I go I feel better and better, not only am I sleeping better, I'm also more energized at work as well. Great friendly staff and clean office, dr. I have been a patient of Dr J's for almost 3 years now. When I first began treatment I had incredible debilitating sciatic pain which began to improve almost immediately after starting treatment. Over the years there have been times I suffered flare-ups that have required immediate attention and I have been able to make an appointment with Dr J the same day with little to no advanced notice. He listens intently to his patient's symptoms and always makes sure that he has addressed the issues before they leave his office. Dr J follows-up with his patients with either a call or text the day after an emergency visit. The office staff is pleasant, professional and welcoming. Their office is conveniently located on Business Rt 1 and is always clean and comfortable. Office hours are very accommodating for patients who work. I fully recommend anyone who is thinking about chiropractic care for health and wellness to have a consultation with Dr J. I'm sure Dr. Jaszewski is a fine chiropractor. He did a wonderful job explaining the tests to me, and I did feel some relief with neck tension that I didn't even know I had after my first and only adjustment. However, I did not feel good at all about my experience there or the treatment I recieved from him or his staff. I check in for my appointment and waited 50 minutes, most of which was in a small dark room, before i went out to the desk to tell them I was not happy to have been waiting for so long. I used measured, careful language because I don't like yelling at people who don't have control over what I'm upset about. I even said "pass it along to whoever you need to" because I knew it was probably not her fault. I was very careful to not raise my voice. The girl that I spoke to appeared to me to not care. I went back to sit in that dark room. 10 minutes later the doctor comes in and accuses me of being rude to the girl at the desk, and of being an uncaring unfeeling jerk. No those aren't his words but that's how the interaction made me feel. It turns out that I had been 30 minutes early to the appointment, but the staff did not tell me that when I arrived, because my (I quote from an e-mail he sent me) "previous visit had been only a day or 2 before." Obviously not, because I was there 30 minutes early. Who does that? Who has time to sit in a doctors office for 30 minutes? I continued with the appointment because I didn't want to make any rash decisions based off emotion. the appointment went fine, although he didn't want to treat what I had actually come there for in the first place. So that night when I had calmed down I decided I wasn't comfortable continuing to visit that office. I wrote an e-mail to cancel an appointment I had scheduled for the next day, and to explain how I felt in his office. I felt I was treated unfairly as a patient, and that as a business he has a responsibility to help the people paying his bills to feel comfortable there, and I wanted him to fully understand how I felt. So I thought that was the end of it. Then I get an e-mail from him today doubling down on blaming me for the interaction. In the letter I wrote to him I said he didn't witness the interaction but he still treated me like I had done something wrong, and gave no alternative ways I could have handled it better. His response was: "You are correct that I was not there and have to take one of you at your word. I hope you can understand that as a business owner I must believe my employee." So there you have it. I myself have worked in customer service quite a bit, and I know that it is quite possible to believe your employee while not treating your customer like you think they are a horrible person. Dr. Jaszewski is apparently not capable of that. I wasn't going to write a review of this experience but I feel he has treated me very unfairly, especially with this last e-mail he sent, and he needs to know that treating customers like this is NOT ok. read more
