We will NOT be using them for our snowplow services again…read more A few people in our neighborhood use them, so we thought it would be a good choice. They are the only snowplow we've ever had that would not plow the right side of the driveway when a car was on the left. We have 3 cars, so unless we were at work, there was always a car in the driveway! And even if we pulled up to our garage, they basically didn't plow half our driveway. I don't pay for a plow service so that I can shovel half of my driveway! And in the big snowstorm we had, they came once in the morning. We called them and said we'd move the car when he came back, and he said he'd be there around 3:00 in the afternoon. So we went outside, dug the car out, cleared the windows and got enough shoveled so that we could get the car down the driveway. And guess what...the plow never came back! And it was still snowing!!! If you don't have 3 cars you might be ok, but even on our street there were plows that came more often than they did. We got the names off those trucks and we'll be using them next time. We basically didn't have plow service last year. We just paid for it. :(

Numerous other landscape companies declined to bid the job as it was to complex. Dan and his team created a masterpiece that exceeded our expectations. We gave Dan the direction and he created a design that embraced large natural boulders, fabricated natural stone steps, and our selection of patio surface material. These people are true craftsmen and it is worth the wait to get to your home. They are not the best at communication and responding but I believe they are among the best landscape craftsmen in the area. My husband called them and they told him that they had a couple people not show up. I understand that these things happen and it would not have been a big deal if they had called us and communicated that. On top of that, when my husband called they told him that they wanted to come back out to look at the property because they thought the estimate was too low. Not my problem if your employee did our estimate incorrectly. I no longer trust Preston's. We cancelled our tree removal.
