When I called today to see if they were going to fill them in, I was told they didn't do work for Spectrum. When I insisted it was their truck, she came back and said yes it was them but the ruts were caused by the Spectrum truck today. I was here and watching Spectrum who never even pulled into the driveway!! Their foreman denied leaving the ruts, claimed he was here today and saw Spectrums truck. Probably laying the blame on Spectrum so he wouldn't get in trouble. She was so rude - avoid them at all costs.

I decided to order firewood for our backyard fire pit this spring/summer…read more After looking online and communicating with Rochester Firewood. I was happy with the price quoted. They do not provide a definite delivery date so that was a bit concerning. For an extra charge, you can have the wood stacked for you. I opted to have the wood dumped abd we stacked it ourselves. The delivery should be confirmed the night before is the only complaint I have. As I received a text in the morning requesting the driveway be clear for delivery. Luckily, it wasn't an issue for us today. Happy with the quality of the wood though and would order again in the future.
