The pizza was cooked right and the service was good too. It can get loud at times but overall a great place to eat.

Excellent atmosphere, the employees were beyond amazing, wish I had a pizza place like this in my hometown.

Ordered 6 XL pizzas and 2 orders of cheesy bread, called the order in at 11:15, the order was not ready until 12:50. I was told numerous times the order would be ready in "about 10 minutes." On top of that, half of the XL pizzas ended up being L. I was told a manager would contact me to adjust my charge, that call has never occurred. Pizza was good but service was atrocious! read more

This is a very good choice if you're having a cheat day on your diet, and you want some very good quality and some of the most delicious pizza you've ever had stuffed in your mouth. On 6/4/18, me and a co-worker dined here. I tell you, we were all excited about it, just a shaking in our britches to get to Fox's Pizza Den! Well it didn't take long for my smile to turn into a frown. Whoever the girl was that was working the desk that they take your orders on (my receipt timestamp is 11:25am - yes I kept the receipt), she was probably if not the most rude food industry worker I'd ever stumbled upon. I'm not going to go into specifics, but the only way I'm coming back, is that I'm calling ahead and making sure the rude blonde that takes your orders doesn't work there any more. She obviously wasn't making the pizzas, because I could tell they were made with love, and she had none to give. 4/5 read more

Stopped by the coffee bar and waited. When the girl came to the register she asked had anyone helped me and I said no. She never looked my direction the entire time. Super rude. I told her my order, caramel latte with triple shot, she said "so you want a buckeye mocha" I told her no and repeated my order. Then I ordered a drink off the menu I was looking at when she grabbed the menu from me and typed it in the computer. I handed her a $20 and she let out a big sigh like I caused her problems and walked away to find someone so I told her to give it back and I gave her $11, it was $10.90 and I was going to leave a tip. But I didn't tip. When my drinks came they weren't even what I ordered. And she was rude when she handed them to me. The drink wasn't terrible by the service was. Horrible staffing. The food is good and so is the coffee but management would be better if they had a 5 yr old in charge. Cold food scattered the bar and sitting areas with no one to clean them, and waited over 45 minutes to get my food. Hostess was very rude, rolling her eyes when she saw us walking up and slamming our table number down when asking if we were dining in. Would definitely recommend carry out over dine in. read more

I go to the foxes in Mccomb all the time and have never been disappointed but this is the second time the foxes in Brookhaven has let me down the first time the service was rude and my pasta was just plain nasty . The second time today I went got a side salad and asked for just bacon on it cause I love the salads at the Mccomb one fresh bacon on a salad is just soooo good and when I got home to eat my side salad from brook with frozen bacon bits ... was so disappointed that's the whole reason I picked to go to foxes was let down severely.. think I'll just drive the extra miles and go to Mccomb from now on ! read more

Terrible service. Our to-go order that we were going to take home for some family that couldn't come out with us came out before our actual food that we were eating in restaurant for. Didn't even bother to keep it ontop of the oven to keep warm until we finished. To add to that every one of our plates came out one at a time.. 10 MINUTES at a time. Everybody was finished by the time another plate was brought out. There was only two other tables in the place at the time... We got an order of fries with cheese sauce, didn't get the cheese sauce so we had to ask for it. It was ice cold, and a hard rock. Hoagies were decent tho. The pizza we took home was very spotty. We got a big daddy deluxe but the ratio of ingredients on top was weird. Several slices wouldn't even have toppings on it. This use to be a great restaurant. Heck I use to work there a few years ago.. But it REALLY went downhill. I will say the manager did take care of most of the ticket, and was very nice.. But used the excuse he only had two cooks.. I didn't know two cooks could struggle with a 5 person table who just got 4 hoagies and a to go pizza.. I wouldn't bother. Go to Pappas Pizza Pi. The guy who owns that use to run Fox's, back when it was worth going too. I gave it 2 stars instead of one cause the waitress really did try, and the manager tried to make everything right, and like I said the hoagies were good. But that service was atrocious. My first visit here and spoiled by some great pizza places that I've visited elsewhere, so wasn't sure what to expect. Ordered the Wild Greek pizza that was the lunch special, added anchovies. Others at table ordered the Meaty pizza. Among the best crust I've had anywhere. My Wild Greek pizza was absolutely fantastic! Also glad they had WiFi so I could get some work done, as not every place nearby offers it. Will definitely come here again if in Brookhaven, MS! read more

Sometimes good, sometimes not good. Service always terrible and unfriendly. Young, uninterested help who clearly haven't been given much training. Don't even try to ask a question about the bar-they will not know what you're talking about, which I guess is what happens when your oldest staff member is MAYBE 20. This place is really hit or miss. The first few times I went there in the evening, it was great. Friendly staff, great food. However, I'd be cautious of going during the day, ever. The staff is inconsiderate, the food takes forever, and the last time I went during the day, the pizza dough was still raw and watery. They didn't even have any napkins. Usually grab Togo but went in to eat and was terribly disappointed. I thought based on the prices and location there would be good service. There is no service from the front to the back. The pizza is better than the fast food chains but No better than a frozen option and cost 5 times as much. I don't mind paying for a good product and good service but I will not pay more to get less. Hands down one of the best pizzas we have ever ate! Very possible the best. My husband, two daughters and I travel a fair amount and try different pizza places everywhere we go. The atmosphere of this place and location was great. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Our food came quick. The pizza and breadsticks with marinara sauce were delicious. read more

this place has a bourbon bar to die for! i mean the pizza & food stuffs are good but the bourbon bar is a gem in this town that used to be dry...go figure!! customer service was good, parking is a little rough sometimes but no biggie. read more

Walked in Friday night placed a to-go order 2 large pizzas and wings 20 mins later I walked out with 1/2 my order the excuse of oh the cashier didn't send the full order back to the cooks ...... and the promise that I'd be getting a 21$ refund with in 48 hr now it's Monday 2:20 pm and no refund but foxes was payed the money "over 50$" from my account read more

I really enjoy eating at Fox's pizza den. I like the atmosphere and The pizza is delicious especially when you add jalapeño peppers.

The food is good; however, the service stinks. The manager (bald white guy) at the Brookhaven location is extremely unappreciative of the customers and has a bad attitude. Anytime my family goes there, he is either sitting in a back booth on his laptop, or standing in the background somewhere doing absolutely nothing but running his mouth with the young girls who work there. He always has a sour look on his face and he never interacts with the customers even to say a simple "thankyou" or "we appreciate your business". The customers are paying his salary and he could care less. I know for a fact that he is the reason why alot of their business has left, including my family. As long as he is the manager, we will not return. The owner should take notice of him. If we happen to be in Mccomb and want pizza, we give their Fox's pizza our business. They are friendly and the food is still good. read more
