The service was unacceptable I ordered delivery to my hotel 1.5 miles from this store. I ordered it at 7:03pm and was told 45mins to an hour. The delivery driver called me at 7:57pm saying he was on his way. I said okay call me when you're in the lobby and I'll come meet you. Half hour later, still Never called me back. I called the store to ask what was going on and I was told they would call the driver to see where he was. 20 minutes later I called back asking for an update and the girl said he didn't answer. So when the manager then got on the phone she said the driver had already left it in the lobby 30 minutes ago and so now I'm mad. My food was sitting in the lobby for 50 minutes because people are apparently incompetent and the managers response? "I don't know what to tell you" okay that's all I need to know then you guys are the worst! read more

I stopped into Fox's with my boyfriend and a couple friends because we were craving pizza and it just happened to be right around the corner from where we were at the time. The place was OK, nothing special. The pizza was decent but by no means the best I've had. Me and my boyfriend ordered the Buffalo Chicken gourmet pizza and, while it fed us bothl, it took awhile to get to us. My main concern was the price for what you get. It seemed a bit expensive for a pizza with some chicken on top. We got what we needed out of this place, but there is better pizza in the area. read more

Ordered Stromboli and Italian wedge. Both were very good. It is hit or miss with the taste and quality of the food on any given day.

Not bad. Ordered from here bc we missed the 9 pm deadline at Napoli's. We ordered a thin crispy pepperoni pizza, cheesesteak and a three piece fried chicken meal. All told, it was $25 including $1 delivery charge. Pretty inexpensive and decent. The pizza was not as hot as I would have expected or wanted but was tasty. The chicken was moist and crispy as well. It came with a couple of potato wedges coated in the same batter. The cheesesteak was not really authentic style Philly cheesesteak though. Otherwise, decent. read more

My favorite thing about Fox's isn't even the pizza or the wings or the wedges, it's their fried chicken! Huge, meaty, mouth watering breasts and succulent thighs. I'm hooked. The fresh dough pizza is solid, the buffalo chicken is very good. The wings are probably my second favorite thing about fox's. Price's aren't great for a pizza shop, the interior is basic, delivery drivers are fast and the food is always still hot. Some fox's are kind of dirty and gross, this one definitely is not. I'm going to go with 4 stars, might be 3.5. The fried chicken is definitely 5 stars. read more

My go to place because of their pretty darn good fried chicken. I am also hooked on the blt wedgies because they are amazing. If you don't know wedgies, they are subs w pizza crust instead of bread basically. They are so much better than though. The interior is a basic pizza shop. Pretty large place with plenty of seating. They have coolers and have basic beer available. I am torn between 3 stars and 4... Will go with 4, but think of it as a 3.5. read more

I have been ordering food from this Foxes for 6 years, it was my go to through all of my college years and I figured I'd have my normal NOT BAKED turkey sandwich tonight. Unfortunately my sandwich showed up baked, so I just called and let them know my sandwich wasn't correct and instead of a polite apology and saying "we'll get you another one out", I received "the girl who took your order said you wanted it baked and you didn't tell her that", I proceeded to say, "I didn't ask for that, I've ordered sandwiches for years and this isn't what I get, I'm put back on hold and then asked "did she read the order back to you? All of our sandwiches are baked, so..." I state, "yes she did, but as far as I am concerned she said it wouldn't be baked" where I am yet again mocked and questioned, "as far as you're concerned?!" YES, that is what she told me. Moral of the story is when my new sandwich arrives, it will be the last time I order from this shop, absolutely inappropriate. I have worked years in customer service and this was a VERY poor example of it. read more
