Placed an order at 6:52. All indications online were that the food was being prepared. Received a call at 8:01 telling me they are shutting down deliveries due to snow. Other places are delivering. Over $70 worth of food and even Pizza Hut reward points used and we wait over an hour to be told no delivery. I am done with Pizza Hut. I only order out of convenience for delivery, but the food isn't good anymore either. Guess we are ordering Door Dash tonight. read more

Driving thru to our campground we pulled in here hangry . We were greeted at the entrance by this tiny little adorable manager in a red hat. She is the right person for this job. I hope PH is paying her a good salary because this is the type of person you want representing your company. She was friendly, knew the menu, helpful with suggestions and put together a wonderful take out bag. It was such a pleasant surprise to get to our campsite tired and road weary & open up that bag. She praised her cooks and staff & they all seemed like a great crew. Our Caesar salads with crunchy chicken were freshly prepared, cold and delicious. Haven't been here for a long time. For starters we had excellent service and everything was fresh and fast. Even the salad was crisp and I forgot how tasty their Italian dressing is! I turned to this local Pizza Hut location while staying at the Fairfield Inn location up the Bee Line Hwy. The hotel has a restaurant next door, but when I called to order takeout from it? I couldn't even get through my order (their website menu and current menu on-site don't match) and I ended up saying "Forget it. I'll order from somewhere else" after dealing with a woman on the phone who was less than helpful. Anyway, this is a dependable Pizza Hut location and a convenient drive away from local hotels or whatnot - I'm sure you could have it delivered too. My order was ready for pickup right on time. There's a drive-up window for pick-up orders, though I went in out of habit. Perhaps it's just better to drive up? A guy in the back kitchen was yelling something at his coworkers while I was picking up my order. Restaurant kitchens can be loud places and all, that's fine...but the yelling seemed to also catch the attention of some of the diners and they looked a bit uncomfortable.But pizza is pizza... and it's a chain, so you know what you're getting. I just had 2 pizzas from this location. My order was taken by Kari and everything was perfect. The pizza's were to the signature quality of every pizza hut that I have eaten at and Kari's hospitality was friendly with a good sense of humor. The restaurant is clean and appears well managed. Worst experience!!!!! If you get Kari as your server defiantly request someone else!!!!!! She lost our order then asked 3 different time what we ordered. Finally after an hour we got our food. The were spook generous and took a whole $4off the bill. What a joke! I even had to go to the counter and get our refills because Kari never brought any after asking if we wanted them and not returning for 20 minutes. When apologizing to us Kari said oh I feels so bad but..... and shrugged her shoulders like oh well. Certainly will never have Kari as our server again!!!! I'm not aware of any better place to stop on I-80 in Pennsylvania than the DuBois Pizza Hut. I wish we had an equivalent in Brooklyn, but we don't. So when it comes to throwing back some Yuengling with a super supreme and a side of wings, I'll just have to keep my eyes open for Exit 101. read more

I ordered our food online, every time we order I say it's the last. The prices are outrageous, they charge extra for EVERYTHING. Breadsticks, some dough, are now 4.50 on one part of the menu for 5 and on another part of the same menu those same 5 sticks are 5.00. If you want enough marinara sauce for those 5 sticks it's extra. Then you swallow all that and go to pay for your order and find out there is a 2.00 delivery charge (that it clearly specifies isn't for the driver) and now they put up percentages you should tip the driver. Forget about trying to use a coupon code because "this location" doesn't accept them. Greed, greed and more greed. This used to be our favorite place but it's few and far between that we order here anymore. read more

My husband and I stopped in for lunch today. He ordered our drinks (Mt. Dew and water) while I went into the restroom. When I get out, I pick up my glass of water and there's a black spec floating in it. I pick up his glass and it's full of the same black specs. I take the glasses up and ask for clean ones. The waitress just hands my glass of water back and can't get a clean Mt. Dew. The manager comes out and starts throwing the ice into the garbage. While I'm standing there, she starts questioning when/if the ice holder had been cleaned. That was enough for us, we leave and go to Buck's Pizza. We'd rather not get sick from dirty ice! I'm not sure why there is such a push for "fresh" mushrooms rather than canned. In any other veg, I completely agree. But fresh mushrooms, when baked on a pizza, taste like styrofoam packing peanuts. Dried and spongy. The canned ones are soft, moist (as they should be) and actually taste like mushrooms. I love Pizza Hut, and this is not directed at this particular location by any means. my bread sticks were hard as a rock and you can clearly see they were from the previous day and they were dry. our wings came out first because, "they were waiting for the sauce to be warmed," in all none of the food besides our small "large" pizza. read more
