Disappointingly after staying here for a while you start to realize how rude the workers in the office are all the way up to mr.parigi the owner. The apartments are infested with gnats there have been times when I have seen roaches . Even after spraying for bugs myself. Usually bill clark would come and spray every so often but they stopped coming after a while. Even the people that changed the Ac filters stopped coming. There was also mold on some of the vents in the kitchen. You can tell that there was a little water damage as well in certain areas of the kitchen. The railing on my patio is very loose. And if that's not enough my door needed to be replaced but they never got to it . All in all it was a horrible experience. From the customer service to the maintenance up keep. Do not recommend at all.. I really wouldn't even rate them a whole star they don't deserve it at all .

I have lived here since November 2016. When I moved in the carpets were clean. That is all I can…read moresay about that. The refrigerator and stove/oven where very dirty. Okay, I get it. Not the best cleaning crew. End of March I put in a request to have the gasket on the refrigerator door replaced. In May I asked that a vanity drawer be fixed. I also reminded them to replace the gasket on the refrigerator. (Two months on the fridge, mind you). 6/19/17 a man came to my door in shorts and shirt. No uniform. Did not introduce himself. I had no clue who he was. Finally got him to tell me he was the cabinet guy. I should have a new cabinet in three weeks! Someone came to my apartment on 6/22/17 to look at the refrigerator. This guy was wearing a Parigi uniform. He looked at the refrigerator, poked the gasket with a screw driver and said he would see what he could do. On 6/23/17 I received a call from Darlene to remove everything from my refrigerator on Monday 6/26/17. My refrigerator is going to be replaced. At 3:40pm I called to see when the refrigerator will be delivered and she said tomorrow. The milk and cream are spoiled. All the frozen food has thawed. Ice Cream is gone. Just be honest people. I pay my rent on time every month. I don't complain. I've waited three months! I get the feeling as long as you pay your rent, they don't care about anything else. When I go into the office, even to pay my rent, they make me feel like I am intruding on their day. Not a good feeling. When you ask to speak to the owner or supervisor, you are told you can not. You can only talk to the people in the office. I am sure Mr. Parigi does not know this is happening.

So today my wife went into this business in Beaumont called A-Wright real estate for a house that…read morewas up for rent in order to get a key so she could take a look at the inside of a house. So when my wife went into the business, the lady at the counter, 'Alina Blanchard' and her counterpart took one look at my wife, and questioned her if she could EVEN afford it. Then when my wife told her "yes, we could." She then said "oh well you have to have a credit score of 600 minimum to qualify." And you have to make 3x the amount of the rent. My wife said told her that we still could just fine. So, it's gets better. Alina Blanchard tries to offer my wife a "Trailer for less that's available on the first of next month seeing as it might fit more towards her budget". My wife leaves and calls me. So of course I called the place of so-called establishment. Of course as well I'm already upset and yes I told her I was very upset with the way she spoke to my wife. Then she told me she was just "stressed and anything she MIGHT have said was due to stress because she's been working 5 days a week and she had a busy day and if we can't resolve the issue then it'll ruin the relationship between landlord and tenant and a possible living future. And that she had multiple people trying to move into thay house every week. So is there anything else I can do for you sir because I'm not going to debate about it, sorry." So I told her that she already ruined any chance she had for a tenant, not to mention her ad for the house has been up for nearly 2 months which she tried to blame on the flood. But doesn't make up for the past... Month and 3 weeks?. I'm warning everyone now, beware this seller. Like seriously? I'm in Florida 1000 miles away from home working 7 days, 10 hours. She's thinks she's stressed? LOL, I haven't seen my pregnant wife and two kids in a month.

We have always appreciated their due diligence in leasing one of our rentals to responsible individuals who can manage their monthly expenses They contact us quickly if a renter has a problem of any kind with the property. There is a two way street of open communication between lessor and lessee with Double H in between coordinating whatever issue. I could not be more pleased with a rental management company. I think Debbie and her crew do a great job keeping both sides happy.

Apparently they ignore rental history, references, and even if you have over 5 times the rent in monthly income, they will still deny you if your credit had the smallest of smudges. They don't even have the balls to call you when they tell you you're denied. They give you an impersonal email. When you try to get more information as to why, or ask to reconsider they do not even bother to respond. So when you call cause they ignore you, you are treated like garbage. Glad to know how much better these people think they are then everyone else. I'm also glad to know that these people judge you based solely on some score without even bothering to get to know them as a person. Completely impersonal and an awful company, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! They are obviously not grateful for the business they have and don't bother to go business with anyone they don't seem to be "perfect"

I couldn't even get places in the same county to call me back on an estimate to survey my property. The closest place that did respond wanted nearly double the price I paid B&B...and the estimate came with a disclaimer that the price could be more or less than what they quoted. Who can be prepared to pay for a job without sound figures? I was prepared to send pictures of the property to companies to get an accurate quote, but no one asked for that. I was fortunate that B&B Surveying is a professional and precise company that knows what they're doing. No pictures are necessary! Coincidently, after sharing the quote from the nearest vendor, my Mom looked through my Dad's papers and found the survey for her property and B&B was the company that did the work some almost 25 years ago. I checked Yelp for reviews and saw how scattered they were, but something told me to reach out anyway and see what happens. I did notice that Yelp posted a Beaumont address versus the Houston one from 2000, so I wondered if they even surveyed land in my county. I used the Yelp quote option to message several survey companies- including B&B. They responded the same day, which was a Sunday and informed me that they still did work in the county where my property is located. I was asked for some details to locate the property with the Appraisal district and wallah- by Monday afternoon, I had the survey agreement and quote in my inbox! I did procrastinate a little while waiting on the potential builder for the home on the property to identify which type of survey I needed. B&B offers two types. If you ever do business with them, you'll receive a thorough explanation of the two to assist you with the decision. In any case, once I sent in my agreement, the very next morning,I had my confirmation number for the job along with the approximate time. I was told in the agreement that they would make at least two visits to the site, but I believe that's due to many cases where the property has lots of underbrush or obstacles to clearly survey the property, taking time away from the actual job. Since my property is completely clean and cut and only one lot, B&B finished the job in one day. By Tuesday, I had a pdf of the survey, and the company asked to verify my address one more time to send the paper copies of the survey. Friday evening, when I was taking mail out of the mailbox, the surveys were in my hands. I can't thank B&B Surveying for a job well done in a quick and most importantly professional manner.

After providing a completion date, the survey was repeatedly delayed. When I asked reasonable questions about the missed timeline and its impact on my project, I was met with hostility rather than customer service. The larger issue was the attitude. Instead of working cooperatively with title companies, attorneys, and other professionals involved in the transaction, there seemed to be a constant need to argue and defend positions rather than provide solutions. I received communications criticizing other parties involved in the process, including the City of Houston, which I found highly unprofessional and irrelevant to completing the work I hired them to perform. When title-related questions arose and additional clarification was needed, I did not receive the level of responsiveness and cooperation I would expect from a professional surveying firm. Rather than addressing concerns and moving the project forward, the engagement was ultimately canceled after I questioned the significant delays. As someone who regularly buys, sells, and develops property, I understand that issues arise and schedules can change. What I do not expect is a surveyor who spends more time debating than delivering, treats legitimate client concerns as a problem, and appears unwilling to work constructively with the other professionals necessary to close a transaction. I ultimately hired another survey company to complete the work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
