I have developed as well, and my daughter and I competed in our first tournament yesterday and did very well. My wife has even started training so the whole family has a place here. Coach Wes is a highly skilled black belt who can teach those nuances that make or break a technique, and Coach Sara's fitness classes are intense from what I have seen. Sensei Reyes is an amazing teacher with decades of experience teaching for competition as well as street application and personal defense in multiple disciplines. I began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here in July of 2014 and have really seen and felt I have made huge jumps toward my fitness goals (I am down well-over 25 lbs from when I started; have increased strength, and increased my day-to-day level of energy greatly). In addition to that, training here has actually delivered beyond what I initially expected: the training they provide just makes you feel great.
