I called foxy nails the week before last and got pricing for waxing legs and underarms. Was told it was $10 for legs and $20 for underarms. Went in there on Friday to get them waxed. Was in there for over an hour while this woman did her best to wax me. It was a horrible experience as skin under my arms kept getting stuck and I offered to stretch my armpit out flat and she told me no. She was super sweet and apologetic about everything. We got done, and she charges me $60. Being the kind person I am, I still tipped her and left. When I got home I rubbed my leg and felt hair all over it. Got out my flashlight and looked and sure enough my legs were still covered in hair. She pretty much just broke the hairs off to about half the length they were but didn't wax them out. I called and let them know that I still had hair on my legs and asked if they could please fix them. They said yes. I get in there, and some other lady told me to sit down as soon as I walked in. I sat down and waited then she came to me, said "what we fix" I gingerly said oh I got my legs waxed and there's still some hair on my legs so I was told yall could fix it. She said "what hair" "there's no hair" multiple times so I got my flashlight out and showed her that my leg looks like nothing had been done aside from all the redness spots from the bad wax job. I said at this point, I'd just like to get a refund. (I really didn't want to have to experience the pain from it being done wrong again. But obviously want it smooth or money back.) She said there's no hair so no refund very hateful. I said well if I'm not going to get refunded I would like it fixed. She said okay and walked me to the back. When we got to the back she told me to sit down and started putting room temp wax on my leg. I asked her if the pricing was $60 for half leg and underarm and she looked at me weird and said yes. I said that I was quoted a different price when I called the week prior. Tell me why this woman literally says to me I didn't call. She said you didn't call, no you didn't call here. I said yes, I did I'm sure I can pull it up. And she again said that I didn't so I told her to stop what she was doing and that I was never returning. She told me "good find somewhere cheaper" I said I'll find someone who can do it right the first time. I've spent tons at this establishment getting my nails done every few weeks and just quit that about a year ago because the fumes were so strong in there I couldn't go without getting a migraine. This place has gone down hill and if that is how they handle something THEY messed up on and treat their customers, I would strongly suggest going anywhere but here. I feel bad for the sweet girl who did them the first time even though she did them wrong. I can't imagine working for that lady! read more

The ladies were super nice but my pedicure was done very poorly. They didn't all the dead skin and cuticles. They didn't paint the entire nail on almost all toe nails. I'm not impressed. They asked for us to come back but that will not be happening. I just moved here from WA state. Hopefully I can find a better nail salon. read more

I've used foxy nails for years but, no more then I go they would go broke they have changed business owners this year. I called one day and asked when they could do my nails she said come in an hour so I go in an hour. When I got there and spoke to the owner I gave my name and told her I wanted a pedicure she said come back in an hour. Called Thursday and made appointment for early morning appointment. I arrived before staff but it was not a big deal, as we were immediately asked to pick a color. I was there for a pedicure and full set (dip). The ladies started working on my right away, sitting me in pedi-chair first. Then another lady started on my hands at while I got the pedicure. They began to get many walk ins and became busy. I noticed they started to rush my service and the finish product looked rushed as well. My manicure lasted 3 weeks but I had some peeling of the top coat on my dip set. They prefer cash payment as most nail places do but accept debt/credit. Just average experience for me, nothing really impressive either on the service or staff to give more stars. Was my first time here as well, which I informed them but only was told about their stamp card promotion. Didn't get a pic of nails, nothing special. Plain soft pink, short square shape. read more

Anytime I'm home visiting from LA, I make sure to stop here to get my nails done. The ladies are all sweet and just as knowledgeable. My friend and I both got a gel mani and pedi. They shape nails perfectly and take the time to do a good and thorough job. The pedicure was the best I've had in a long time, and the woman doing my manicure took the time to fix the job done on them in Hollywood where I pay $$$. Requested a pedicure and my powder nails soaked off. Had a 30 minute wait then Was sent to a chair to soak...for 30 minutes. No pedicure bowl liners, instruments not sterile. They use the razor blade shaver thing, I had to pull away once I started BLEEDING. Tech continued pedicure as if it was no big deal there was blood running down my foot. Once I had been there for 1 hr 45 minutes, I requested the tech stop my pedicure, canceled my request for toenail polish, and requested my powder nails (that had been soaking this whole time) just be removed so I could leave as I was late for a meeting. So to summarize, I was there 2 hours for 1/2 a pedicure, no polish, a cut toe and acetone soak of my fingernails (no filing or anything else was done). Was still charged $22 for service. Will not return. Ever. read more

We came in for Mani-Pedi's today with our mom who will be 92 on Thursday, they were so kind and patient with mom and did a beautiful French gel manicure on her finger nails! My sister-in-law had the regular mani-pedi, they have really new very comfy spa chairs with massage, they massage your legs with salt scrub, lotion and use hot stones and towels. My sister and I got the gel mani-pedi and our nails look gorgeous! Very relaxing, wonderful staff and my only regret is that they don't live near my home in California! I will be back when in the area again, and Foxy Nails has a regular customer with my mom, thank you!!!! read more

Went there for the first time. I got a full set and a pedicure. I was there over two hours and the girl that did my pedicure cut the side of my big toe to much because it just keeps throbbing and no I didn't have an ingrown toe nail. read more
