So I expected them to be good. I'm giving them 3 stars, because everyone was friendly, they got us in right away, and the place did look pretty clean. However, in the course of doing my nails, my middle finger got a nice size cut on it, and the French manicure that I love doesn't quite look like the ones I've gotten other places in the past!

Which both complaints were understandable when the design I asked for was quite difficult. They were $60. Over all the service was amazing. He was very gentle and paid attention to details on each nail. I loved how quickly he thought of new designs and suggestions that made my nails look even better than before. I called foxy nails the week before last and got pricing for waxing legs and underarms. Was told it…read morewas $10 for legs and $20 for underarms. Went in there on Friday to get them waxed. Was in there for over an hour while this woman did her best to wax me. It was a horrible experience as skin under my arms kept getting stuck and I offered to stretch my armpit out flat and she told me no. She was super sweet and apologetic about everything. We got done, and she charges me $60. Being the kind person I am, I still tipped her and left. When I got home I rubbed my leg and felt hair all over it. Got out my flashlight and looked and sure enough my legs were still covered in hair. She pretty much just broke the hairs off to about half the length they were but didn't wax them out. I called and let them know that I still had hair on my legs and asked if they could please fix them. They said yes. I get in there, and some other lady told me to sit down as soon as I walked in. I sat down and waited then she came to me, said "what we fix" I gingerly said oh I got my legs waxed and there's still some hair on my legs so I was told yall could fix it. She said "what hair" "there's no hair" multiple times so I got my flashlight out and showed her that my leg looks like nothing had been done aside from all the redness spots from the bad wax job. I said at this point, I'd just like to get a refund. (I really didn't want to have to experience the pain from it being done wrong again. But obviously want it smooth or money back.) She said there's no hair so no refund very hateful. I said well if I'm not going to get refunded I would like it fixed. She said okay and walked me to the back. When we got to the back she told me to sit down and started putting room temp wax on my leg. I asked her if the pricing was $60 for half leg and underarm and she looked at me weird and said yes. I said that I was quoted a different price when I called the week prior. Tell me why this woman literally says to me I didn't call. She said you didn't call, no you didn't call here. I said yes, I did I'm sure I can pull it up. And she again said that I didn't so I told her to stop what she was doing and that I was never returning. She told me "good find somewhere cheaper" I said I'll find someone who can do it right the first time. I've spent tons at this establishment getting my nails done every few weeks and just quit that about a year ago because the fumes were so strong in there I couldn't go without getting a migraine. This place has gone down hill and if that is how they handle something THEY messed up on and treat their customers, I would strongly suggest going anywhere but here. I feel bad for the sweet girl who did them the first time even though she did them wrong. I can't imagine working for that lady!
