She was smoking cigarettes on the bus. She blamed us for smoking on the bus when she was and told us we could. We went to the casino and left the bus and decided to gamble as well. She wanted tacos late at night (we were supposed to be back at 2 AM). She said not to tell her owner that we would be late and that she would cover for us. The tacos were 15 mins out of the way. We did not get back till 3 AM. Then she went and picked up her son - who proceeded to puck (as she told me the next morning, as she was our driver the next day). She returned the bus at 4 AM, which we were already home for - but we got charged an extra two hours. The next day we were out and about at bars. She sat on the bus, as most of the time this is how this process goes. We had been through things like this similarly. When we headed to dinner, we told her where we were going. She decided to come in, invite herself to dinner, did not ask, and ordered what we were eating (pre-picked fish broil). She did not offer to pay for it. She left and was gambling. When we wanted to leave, she was still playing on the video slot machine. She was the last one to leave our "group." We tipped her generously, despite all of this, on both days. Yet she had the audacity to text her boss and tell him we did not. And we had receipts to prove it. Just a disaster. On top of us getting charged for extra time and two cigarette burns - which none of our group smokes. Would not recommend it.

Willow Creek has open bowl hours on Saturday and we called and found that they had some free lanes. When we arrived, it was definitely busting in there but they did have a couple free lanes. We secured our lane, ordered a couple bourbon old fashioned cocktails, a basket of fries, and some jalapeno poppers (you know..your usual bowling alley fare). You order at the bar and the bring your food right to your lane. Everything was great. Good seating at the lanes, a nice area to keep your food and drink behind the lane area, and even some nice hooks to hang your coats while you bowl. Zero complaints and a fun afternoon had! They forgot to inform us that they had volleyball going on that day and the players would be walking right through our event everytime they wanted to use the restroom or go to the bar. They also did not inform us that the small banquet room holds the only bathrooms for the public to use. We had people walking through our event all night. The kicker was the other banquet room was not in use so they could have just put use over there. We were also quoted one price over the phone and when we were presented the bill it was more than quoted. When we asked about it, we were told she never quotes those kinds of prices. My fault for not getting it in writing. The food was good but service was horrible. We would not have another event there again.
