Tom whisked 4 of us through the stadium for the 2 hour legendary tour. He shared info about the history of the team, players, fancy heated field & lots of fascinating anecdotals. Tom shared stories about his father seeing curly playing football in the park, to attending games 70+ years ago. I was surprised to learn that the Packers organization is a corporation that is owned by shareholders not a billionaire. When money is needed, they don't sell the name of the stadium they sell shares. Interesting the coldest game day was 13° below zero, brutal! Tom's love & knowledge about the Packers was contagious. We took a 2 hour tour of Lambeau Field where the Green Bay Packers play football. The stadium opened in 1957 & is the 2nd largest football stadium in the country. It was named in memory of Packers founder, player, and long-time head coach, Earl "Curly" Lambeau. It's accessible by metro & seats over 81,000. It's jokingly called the frozen tundra. The legendary tour for $38 included the Atrium, premium seating areas, end zone rooftop and clubs, Lee Remmel Press Box, visiting team locker room, it ended with us walking through the team tunnel onto the field. read more

Aside from standing around longer than preferred waiting to pick up our package, everything went smoothly with PFT. From selecting the perfect package to booking and changing, through information desk staffing and phone calls, all the information I wanted (and more) was provided. We stayed at the Radisson as part of the Silver package, upgraded to include the player reception, did the stadium tour and the hall of fame - as well as the tailgate party and game tickets, obviously. Originally I hadn't planned to upgrade our game tickets from the standard 'endzone' option, but when they offered several options at the office, I couldn't refuse Section 113 upgrades for $20/ea. Maybe some would say you're paying a premium to have all of this coordinated for you, but in some instances (this being one of them) it was totally worth it. The whole trip became a series of 'show up and enjoy' moments. If you're trying to plan a trip to GB - especially if it's your first time and you want to make sure you have the full experience - highly recommended. read more

Paid for lower section area 134 in august before the season even started never got any word from company I called the week before game last game in November and arrange to pick up day before game. When I picked them up. The tickets are in section 740s. The highest seat in stadium tried to explain what I purchased and was told I only choice end zone found my email and after I the checkout it does not indicate what section I purchased so I was stuck with the section for a high $ amount. Recommend another company or getting in writing what ur are buying. read more

We have gotten both packages and game tickets only from Packer Fan Tours. They seem to be able to get hotel rooms when nobody else can. The game tickets are quite a bit more than face value, but they have always delivered on the tickets with the seats as promised. We had a brilliant trip from the UK to see the Packers, taking in Chicago and Madison on the way. However, Packer Fan Tours did nothing whatsoever to improve the experience. Being from the UK, we pretty much had to buy via a re-seller, and had no issue with doing so. Even the mark-up didn't bother us, as we were doing this to fulfil long held dreams. But Packer Fan Tours seem to think that, because it is a dream of many peoples', they can just coast along and take the cash. We booked a tickets and hotel for 3 people, at $1200 all-in. The hotel standard was low (though we expected as much). But the shock was that PFT seem to think 2 beds in one cramped room is enough for three people (who have each paid $400). We assumed this was a mistake, but the hotel reception couldn't help and referred us back to Packer Fan Tours. We called Emilie, and can honestly say it would have been more helpful to complain to the dingy wallpaper. She could see nothing wrong with the fact we only had two beds, and thought we were being unreasonable. She claimed we had requested two beds only - this was inaccurate, as you may expect. We had simply said that one room was enough - to this, we were told we were crazy for thinking one room may accomodate three beds. The hotel staff were pretty helpful, and brought us a fold out camper bed for our third guest, and obviously we went on to have an immense time at the Packers. But just be aware that Packer Fan Tours are happy to take your cash, hand over the tickets (cover value $72) then wash their hands of you. read more

I have gone through PFT on several different occasions, for away games only. Although you are paying $$$, more than if you pieced your own trip together, it is WELL WORTH IT!!! For all that you get- transportation, hotel, game ticket, tailgate party, etc.... it is great!!!! My favorite trip was to San Francisco a couple years ago... the PFT tailgate party was at the Hard Rock Café, on Fisherman's Wharf!!!! The whole place was closed to the public...only PFT fans allowed!!! The whole place was rocking! It was awesome! I would highly recommend PFT service to anyone! Go Pack Go!!!! :-) read more

Somewhat disappointed at the trip to Phoenix. Hotel was ok, but you got gouged for everything, poor attitude by staff and food was marginal for the price. PFT didn't deliver king room and game tickets were poor at best. Tailgate was in the hotel ballroom, which was kind of lame. I doubt we'll use them again for a game. read more

Trip From Hell !!! Packers VS Titans In Nashville I have NEVER booked a group trip where I: #1 could not have my documents emailed to me #2 was told the flight was over sold & I no longer had my confirmed seats on the flight #3 was told the flight was cancelled (not weather related and no reason given) This review is not as much for me as it is for all the people who didn't get home because Event USA and American Airlines left them stranded. My connecting flight from Chicago to Nashville was over booked and even though I had confirmed seats, I had to spend 12 hours flying from GRB to CHI to DAL to get to Nashville. That messed up all plans for Fri & Sat due to missing the short window to claim our Football Game tickets from the Event USA Courtesy desk on Friday and having to wait until 4:30 on Sat . The only good thing was that we met a really nice couple, who got the same bad deal on the flight to Nashville. The reason for the single star rating (which would be a negative star if I could) is because the other couple got bumped twice on the same trip. We were lucky to get the early flight back. The other couple had to wait at the Nashville airport for five hours and then were told their flight to Chicago to Green Bay was delayed and eventually cancelled. They ended up renting a car because one of the people had to be back by 6AM Tues for scheduled surgery. As hard as the travel agent for this package deal tried to make things right, American Airlines turned their backs on all the Packer Fans who thought they booked a trip that was guaranteed. I'm sure that somewhere in the small print of the many pages of the terms and conditions of the Packer Fan Tours trip agreement, the tour organizers are protected. This is a sad outcome for everyone involved and totally unacceptable customer service in my opinion! Our new friends,have been on several of these packages before but I doubt they will ever consider Event USA again and neither will I. read more
