I would highly recommend, but I think that the communication can be improved especially given that this is not a normal wash, cut-dry-style haircut, the customer should be aware of this during their first visit so they know what to expect. It was an emotional rollercoaster for me not knowing why my hair wasn't being styled during the first drying process, the (many) lights were so bright, and her assist was rough and not very friendly, however I was very pleased with the result and would come back. Toronto is not a very friendly city, but the services are better quality and I think that places like this can stand out by being more friendly.
