When viewing homes, Sam really helped us try to envision them as if they were our own. He would ask us "So what would the set-up look like in this room?" etc. He would also point out different details regarding repairs/ work that would need to be done to the home based on his experience. This was very helpful as most of these details are things we would likely have never noticed. When we were ready to submit an offer, Sam walked us through each step and gave us helpful tools to make our offer stand out. Sam is quick to respond and was always there to reassure us or answer our questions. He has the biggest heart; you can tell that he truly cares for his clients. We will absolutely be recommending Sam to anyone who is trying to purchase/sell a home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we have Sam to thank for that! I would also like to say that Sam's assistant Robyn is equally as amazing and also played a huge role in making this such a smooth and enjoyable process. They know that when your house sells you may make a few dollars and they feel some of the proceeds should go to them. This business is a joke, if your house is going to sell the prospective owners are really not interested in the cow rug that they don't own anyway. Waste of money in my opion and they have horrible business practices. And by the way; you can't speak to them. they only deal with your agent. thankfully for them they have plenty of new business to pilfer from!!

Rather than selling individual pieces (sofas, end tables, et cetera), they design and decorate upscale homes and apartments for folks who can afford it. The two ladies in there (who are apparently two of the owners) explained to me patiently and kindly exactly what it is they do. They showed me some of their recyclable carpet samples, which they say you can simply spray off and return after you're through with them. The ladies also showed me some of the homes they decorated, which looked beautiful. I told them I'd just moved into a new place, and they told me several things they could do and even gave me the number of a woman who was selling a living room set. While I don't know much about the interior design game, the folks at Prix De Solde certainly seem to know what they're doing.
