I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

We moved to California in 2007 and managed our property on our own for the first three years, which was very stressful because of the time difference among other things. We were getting ready to evict the "tenant from hell" when we found Real Property Management of Palm Beach. I remembered my initial phone conversation with Marcus for over an hour. It stood out in my mind because we hadn't yet hired him but he was so patient and sympathetic with what we were going through. I decided I didn't want to spend another Christmas vacation in Florida at the Delray Beach Courthouse, so we contracted with Real Property Management. They helped us handle the eviction and oversaw the major renovations to the interior of the property. The property was restored to picture-perfect condition and we had a tenant within a month. Our 2010 experience with the "tenant from hell" paled in comparison to what happened just last summer of 2013. Our property had one of those behind-the-wall, hard to detect leaks. We needed mold remediation and reconstruction. Real Property Management oversaw the extensive 3-month project, which included facilitating tenant move-out and re-entry; identifying the best mold specialist, air conditioning repair team, and contractor; and coordinating with the insurance company. Marcus also provided regular check-ins and reassurances to ease our mind. He made sure our tenants were comfortable and also felt supported. The whole ordeal was well-handled. I am SO HAPPY AND SATISFIED with Real Property Management. While they represent the landlords, they really do understand that the tenants are also important. They are polite, courteous, patient and responsive (they get back to you right away). I trust them and have recommended them to my friends with properties in Florida.

Terrible condominium-wide communications; manager does not post notices required by law (I.e., water shut-offs, elevators out of service, etc., and will not take calls from owners. The manager we have couldn't compose a letter without numerous spelling and grammatical errors if her life depended on it. She literally misspelled the name of our condo association numerous times, and once called us by another entity's name! She was asked to replace very old patio furniture which was deemed dangerous to our residents. It took her TWO years to do so; and this was after two residents got information and prices for her! She eventually got a lesser quality furniture that did not match our other furniture and was not appropriate for our older residents. We asked for patio umbrellas tobe replaced. Those took another four months to get! We are in south FLORIDA, the sunshine state! We NEED umbrellas at the pool! Anyone who was to look at our internal communications would think they were written by an sixth grade student. Not exactly what a new potential buyer wants to see. Further, this manager also accepted a monetary gift from 2 of our Board members who had taken the money for that gift out of owners' funds, without authorization. Totally inappropriate. Thus manager knew ur should have known this was wrong. I believe this was litigated with the FL state department that oversees condominium law. It was ruled in favor of the owners. Seacrest was also contracted to supply certain employees to work at our location. It was months, I believe, before we even had a driver for our bus. As for our financial records, they were a mess for most of the first year. Seacrest is very slow to get anything done. They are not a reputable organization in my opinion.
