It's just very convenient if you live in that North SJ area, as opposed to running the Fry's gauntlet. Ben is a nice guy, his English is heavily accented, so intriguing thought-provoking conversation can be put on the backburner, but he knows computers very well and he won't try ripping you off, but go in with some idea about prices of whatever you happen to be looking for first 'lest you pay a little too much.

I have found their service consistently pleasant efficient and personal. Most of the time the work I bring them is paid for elsewhere by someone else and they receive no revenue for the jobs I ask them to do. So, last time, I brought them some flowers. That's how nice they are. And good. Like anywhere else, everyone is busy so conversations have to be brief, but I'm really pleased with how personable they make the small effort to be.
