My OLED tv broke somehow, I had a policy with Asurion. Asurion sent out this contractor to look at my tv. Joe came out, replaced a motherboard and power supply, then prompted to say my tv was broken due to "liquid intrusion" while simultaneously saying he had no idea why it happened. His job was to assess the situation and report back to Asurion, but by tinkering with the internal components he broke my warranty with the manufacturer. By using "liquid intrusion" to define his analysis, Asurion denied my claim for replacement, then Joe sent a quote to fix my $1800 TV for $3000 dollars. Asurion reps told me they base their claim off of what the technician says in their report, so to me this was deliberate sabotage, preventing me from getting a replacement, and simultaneously destroying any help I could get from the manufacture. When I tried to reach out for some questions and to see if he could change his verbiage in his report he said he could not. If I could give a 0 rating I would. read more

Talked to JCA as a third party evaluating a Samsung TV bought at Best Buy 4 years ago. They, Joe, called within a day of us contacting Best Buy about a warranty we had bought on this TV. Joe had asked what the problem was and we told him. He had us take a picture of the problem and diagnosed using the photo. A chip for my 60" TV needed to be replaced. Mitsubishi paid for the part and JCA came out to Titusville to replace it. JCA called me even before the part had arrived to schedule the appointment. I like how they send you a text to let you know they are on their way. It was repaired quicker than I expected and I was back to work in no time. They were very friendly, punctual, and professional.
