The young lady who helped me find the right scent assisted me in going through a good number of scents before settling on two that I liked. the store was set up nicely, offering a side dedicated to men and another dedicated to women. They also also unisex scents which was I thought was pretty cool. They offer a variety of brands from big names like versace to not as common brands that smell even more wonderful. one of the things that i didnt really like but i guess this is for security purposes but all the scents are behind the counter so i have to have this girl get up and down on the ladder. I have been in some perfumes stores that have their selection available for you to walk up and test on your own. aforementioned, likely loss prevention strategy. but overall i liked this store the young ladies that were there really helped me a lot. i haven't bought any perfume in awhile and i felt they were really interested in me finding something that i liked. their prices were really good. after price checking nearby stores they were about $10 cheaper so i was really happy about my purchase. All together for what i spent i purchased realistically 2 for the price of one. i was able to get a 3 oz bottle for myself and i got my boy friend a 1 oz bottle since he isnt a big cologne wearer. but i hope to visit this store again for their great customer service and prices !

The shade of the actual perfume was a totally different shade compared to her old authentic bottle. They both had a rubbing alcohol smell to it. Nether the less, I brought it back to return which they explained they only do in-store credit or exchange. Coming into the store was an odd experience. The guy that was " helping " me was spraying everything I DIDN'T ask for, and once I found the two I wanted, I asked what types of discounts they offer, as well as if they do military discounts. He gave me a half answer of " I'll take care of you when we go check out ". At the register he totaled everything up and i ask for a breakdown of my savings which he replied with a no-answer response once again. Never again will i make the mistake of going to this phony shop. Should have known they weren't authentic when he offered to give me 75% off on Creed Aventus which retails well over $350.

I was really hoping I would get another cashier, but I was not that lucky. When I asked her to sanitize her hands, she looked at me like I was crazy. She did use hand sanitizer, but the ridiculous remark she made afterwards definitely makes me not want to shop here again. She literally rolled her eyes and said "is that better?" Ma'am, you should be ashamed of yourself!!! As I said before, the store itself is absolutely wonderful. They have a wide variety of products, most of which are good quality for the price. Upon entry, you are greeted and handed a bag or basket to encourage you to buy more than you intended. Most of the representatives are super helpful while others just coast around the store and may not interact unless you initiate contact. Depending on your personality, this may or may not be an issue. They now have an app and when you scan the barcode upon checking out, you accrue points and the occasional free item available to members of their loyalty program. On your birthday, a free item is available via the app but may require a purchase. Plenty of options for body care, home and car. The price point varies and the effectiveness of the product will depend on the size of the space it's placed in and how sensitive you are to fragrance. For the wallflowers, I've recently had the experience where they burn strong and then I enter the room and can't smell anything. Wallflowers are one of their key products and I normally purchase them when there is a promotion to maximize the purchase. When buying online, you can stack coupon codes. The option to ship to store is available but from prior attempts, it was a hassle when picking up the order. Some items available online aren't always guaranteed to be available in store. You'll have to identify who will pick up your order or chance that it won't be released or even ready despite the notification that it's ready. Shipping is slower than when I buy from other companies. The cost of shipping has also gone up like so many other things for various reasons. Some of their items may be found on other sites such as Amazon or if you are an authorized patron at the Navy Exchange store. A few of the fragrance options smell super sweet and you may grow to dislike them if you have that one co-worker who smokes and sprays herself with copious amounts to mask the cigarette smoke. Just me, sorry. I went on an unplanned rant. Ok, back to this review. Twice a year they have a sale where some of their discontinued fragrances are made available for sale and they have low prices on items that aren't seasonal and a few good buys mixed in there. I would shop here again, but I prefer to wait until some of the items are on sale to avoid having a bathroom of partially used toiletries.

Common space was a mix of open and shaded area, mostly clean and well maintained. There were a good number of shops, but most of them were smaller in size and were carrying lesser number of products. While exploring the outlet, I walked into few stores but didn't find anything worth buying. The sales tax rate was also very high 12%. The food court was little sad. There were few different shops but most were abysmal. The dining hall was also underwhelming with old chair and tables. Overall I wasn't very impressed with the experience, and was one of the least exciting outlet mall I had visited.

Randomly stopped here with a friend that has visited before and it was a good experience. The store isn't huge, but it isn't crowded inside. This store has just about everything you could be looking for! They also had a sale for wigs (2 for $50) which isn't a bad price. They also have various other items than hair that you definitely need in your life. On top of everything, the employee (owner?) was so welcoming and made us feel at home.
