One staff member actually greeted my mom by name. I did a double look and was like "mom you come here way too much for them to know your name" lol. It smells like Heaven in Bath & Body Works all the time. We were going for easy store pick up but somehow we spent an additional 15 minutes browsing and buying more b/c they had new scents out.

I assumed it was the owner because she kept referring to the store as hers, but to find out she was just a supervisor. Angela just spoke so harshly and ugly to the Jenna. She (Angela) saying that Jenna did not do inventory up to par, and if she wanted to keep her hours she needed to do better!! Amongst other ridiculous comments that I did not need to hear nor the other customers in the store. Angela needs additional training on how and when to speak to employees. The middle of a store is not the place! As my husband and myself walked up to the counter Angela was telling another employee about Jenna and her work ethics. Angela was huffing and puffing as she was telling this other employee what she had said to Jenna; very unprofessional as a supervisor. I asked the employee if she was the owner and she said no just a supervisor. I will no longer shop in this store if it is ran by people like Angela!! She is nothing short of a bully!

My visit here was on August 29, 2024. This store is very easy to see when entering into Pembroke Square from Virginia Beach Blvd. Parking in front of the store is limited, but there is other parking available as well, so there is plenty to go around. When I first came in, it looks similar to other locations, except that it is a much larger location. There was quite a bit of stuff to choose from. At the time, there were lots of fall and Halloween themed items here. They always seem to have some type of sale going on, and this time was no different. I explored the store for a while to see what they had. On this particular visit, I didn't find anything I wanted to get that day, but that doesn't mean anything as I wasn't necessarily looking for anything in particular. I ended up not staying too long because it was hot in there that day as their A/C had gone out. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful for any questions. Since they are a larger location and have more things to choose from, I will be back in the future to see what else I can find there. I like that they change with the seasons and holidays. If you're in the area and looking for a Bath & Body Works, this location is worth visiting.

There are some seriously cute ones for Halloween. I was almost immediately greeted by a friendly young gal who offered me a bag for shopping which I declined and she pointed me in the direction of the hand soap in the back left of the store. I found a wealth of hand soaps back here in about 40 different scents and styles with tons of old favorites, some newbies, and fall scents. Best of all, all the soaps were on sale for $3 the day I came in! No minimum purchase required! As I shopped another gal stocking shelves asked if I needed help and as I started to select a few soaps and stood holding them the first gal came back and offered me a bag again to be helpful in case I wanted my hands free. Once I'd made my selections I walked to the front where a very friendly gal rang me up and made pleasant small talk with me. Both she and the other gentleman working behind the register were friendly and we easily chatted as I paid. This was an excellent experience in this store and every single person I encountered inside was friendly and helpful despite it being later in the day on a weekend (Saturday).
