The banner by the store said that they had some 30% deal going on, store was empty, and had two associates on staff. When I came in, they were loudly discussing how someone said something to them and how they were upset ( the usual "she said he said"...). I went to one of the make up stands to see what eye shadow it had. The samples had VISIBLE DUST AND HAIR IN THEM. I went around to more stands, looked at skin care stuff too. Really wished one of them would break from their drama & help me, but no. No other person walked in, I was the only one, but none of them paid any attention. They also never told me about that 30% deal. I came in here before on two occasions & there was this one associate, cute blond young girl, who would always help me. And I bought multiple things both times! And because of her recommendations I made a third purchase online. But this time she wasn't there, and those other associates didn't help me, and I really needed help picking eyeshadows. So I walked out without a purchase. I will not be back!

One employee helped me sort through racks for a specific outfit I had seen online on their registry, but that I could not find once I got to the store. She also went to the back to search for another item. Even the cashier jumped in to help out. I really appreciated the way they went above and beyond to put together a great gift. There are also some good sales that I will keep an eye on next time I need a baby gift!

As soon as you enter on the one wall were shoes, and the other had various medical supplies. You continued forward to sign in. At least 95% of the business is in Chinese and so is the clientele to match. They were pretty busy on this particular afternoon, but someone did come out quickly to assist us. The store did not have what we were looking for but recommended going to Walmart of all places to find the best brace my friend needed. The staff was nice and helpful. This store overall is kind of in disarray and discombobulated but I'm certain that the staff working there knows their customers and where things are and meets their needs. We took a shot coming here instead of one of the chain drugstores and struck out. Glad we got the exercise. Walmart did not have what was needed either but Amazon did!

The owner walked them through how to pick out scents, how to smell them together, and even the science behind smell. The girls had a great time picking out their scents from a wall with at least a hundred of different options. Then they were taught how to mix the scents together and created a sugar scrub and personal fragrance spray (essentially perfume). They weren't rushed, it was just plain fun. They also had about 2 dozen selfie sticks that the girls used to take pictures while waiting for each other to finish up. I plan to go back just for myself. I can't recommend this place enough!
