Well, I learned my lesson. Unfortunately, the shoes repeatedly fell off my toddler's feet, and he fell multiple times. He wore them for no longer than an hour or two- because they wouldn't stay on his feet. I should probably add that I have never had this issue with any issues we have purchased for him in the past. When I brought them back to the store, within 30 days of purchase which is less than their required return time, the manager Javon informed me that he would not take them back because he could not resell them. I explained that they kept coming undone and falling off my toddlers feet, and inquired why he would want to resell shoes that are not safe. He rolled his eyes and simply said "if I can't resell them I'm not taking them back". So lesson is, if you buy shoes here, and they aren't safe, you're stuck. Be sure to purchase off of Amazon or Nike in the future.

They can ship it back for you but you'll still have to wait for the warehouse in LA to process your refund. The store is terrific if you want to come in and find your size. Unfortunately, they do not have the same sales in the brick and mortar as they do online as they only carry new arrivals and seasons. When the merchandise goes out of season, it is shipped back to the warehouse in LA to go on sale. Hence, it's better to buy directly online for sales. The brick and mortar does not match their online sales. I tried the Sunset ballet slipper in canvas in the store. The size 8.5 width fit perfectly, but it was too tight top down at my toes. When I received the size 9 in leather via online, the heel was too loose. I think I'll keep the size 9, but I won't be able to run in them as they'll slip off.

I signed up for the rewards program with the store and my one complaint is they send a LOT of emails.
