Took large amounts of money for a project that was never finished. What he DID do was poor quality…read moreand had to be completely rebuilt from scratch. Poor time management, was always hours later than expected and rarely worked for more than a couple hours in a day. Clearly did not know what he was doing and that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of attempting to do it regardless and wasting thousands of dollars. Fortunately the majority of the materials could be reused, but some had to be trashed entirely. Edit: Since Ty wants to try and argue about this review's validity in PMs, here is some more information in the photos attached. He never expects payment before job has been completed. Ty charges rates according to supplies, time,and complexity of job. He has worked with me on rates as to what I feel was fair rate.
