I moved into that property with the kitchen cabinets painted BABY BLUE. Upon approval, I painted them to match the appliances, and upon moving out, had to paint them back to that awful color. ANGEL HIDALGO took SIX HUNDRED dollars from my security deposit to re-paint the cabinets, claiming that the "owners claimed the cabinets to be WHITE upon move in." So they take $600 based upon a lie, and it gets even better... I view the property a year later - THEY NEVER PAINTED. Look up the property, the cabinets are BLUE! I got charged $600 for them to supposedly paint them white, and they literally just stole the money. This will not be the last they hear of me.

They are very slow to return emails and call back. My property was supposed to close on Friday, six…read moredays latter they say we are closed but I have to wait another five days to receive my money from closing because they are closed the day after Fourth of July. The banks are open, the day after the Fourth of July, but Artesian Title is not, someone from the office could go there and wire the money to the closing company on my new home, (First American Title which is handling the closing on my new home is open the day after the Fourth of July), so my family and I can move in to our new home. We have been stuck in a house with no electricity, with four dogs, my blind spouse and my son. No one at Artesian Title seems to care. We have had to extend the rental of two Uhauls by ten days. We should have only need to pay for two days for the Uhauls. Choose Artesian Title if you want a delayed closing handled by employees that do not care about you!

I was looking to purchase my first home. Keith was very thorough about the process and what to expect. I had many questions and all were answered to the best of knowledge. I remember the process taking quite sometime and when I got frustrated; Keith was always very optimistic. I finally found my house and was able to close in a timely matter. Just 3 years later I decided to relocate to another state and gave Keith a call. He remembered me by name and even remember the address of the property. I was very surprised. He explained how the process would be again this would have been my first time selling a house. He took his time to go over everything again very thorough. The house was only marketed for 72 hours before we got in contract. I received multiple offers which drove the price above the list price. The highest offer was 3% above the list price. I was able to sell my first home which increased 23% in value in 3 years. The buyer paid $11K above their appraised price and I closed on schedule. What else could I ask for?
