Our concerns became their concerns with the home owner's concerns always held first and foremost in every situation. Although we did not always agree with some of the decisions that were made, we always considered them fair for all parties involved. From a property management standpoint she runs your property as if you are a slump Lord and the repair team doesn't do half the repairs properly which creates bigger issues down the road. Meanwhile you spend a ton of money having her team do repairs they never complete or half way do. The result is is a high turnover in tenants but then when they leave she also blames faulty repairs on them and then steals the tenants deposits opening the owner up for lawsuits. Bad karma all the way around when dealing with this LOP of a company. I would not recommend Lisa or Ocala choice if you are looking to purchase a home, to manage your property, or as a renter. I would avoid her all together as you are likely to get screwed one way or another in any business dealings with her.

The attached barn was its biggest appeal for me--the original owner wanted to care for her horses without having to go out into a hurricane to feed and water them. Donna Dorsey saw that for the appeal it would have for anyone owning animals or for someone who would want to use the home for a landscaping business.
