I knew that Tallahassee Photo and Frame (TPaF) could bring pictures back from the dead, and it did. The work was beyond what I expected, was ready sooner than promised, and the price was very reasonable. Additionally, I found a unlabeled roll of 8mm film last year when I was getting my late parents' house for sale. I brought that in as well and TPaF did a wonderful job of transferring the film to a DVD and included a thumb drive. Turns out it was film of my parents' wedding day back in 1956. Just a few scenes, but it's nice to have. Kudos to TPaH!

When I dropped off my disposable cameras, I was told the turnaround time would be about 3 weeks, possibly a little longer depending on the company they use to develop the film. It has now been almost 5 weeks, and in that time I've had two other disposable cameras developed elsewhere for less money and with much faster turnaround. I called a few days ago to check on the status, but I was told there was no way to track or see where my film was in the development process. That was concerning, as I have no idea whether my film even made it to the lab or if it could have been lost in transit. I also paid extra for digital transfer files and was told those would be available before the negatives were returned to the store, but I still haven't received anything. I genuinely wanted to support a local business, but based on this experience, I'll be taking my film to Walmart/CVS or mailing them off myself so I at least have tracking next time. I just wish I had read the reviews before choosing this place.

The amount of variety of frames seemed endless. This meant, I came in with an idea and they had options to make my ideas come to life. I was very satisfied with the options they gave and rationales they had. The woman who helped us had amazing customer service skills and was able to multi task by giving us the attention we needed and help answer or greet those who popped in. My order isn't one that needs to be rushed so I will update on how the results turn out.

After almost a year, I decided to finally get my degree and license framed. Hobby Lobby was my…read moreplace of choice as I'd previously gotten my sorority membership certificate framed at a different location. I stopped by one day and discussed the many options with the person working in the framing area and decided to go with a custom frame so that both my degree and license could match. The estimated turn-around time was about 3 weeks. On the promised date, I happened to be shopping nearby and decided to call to check on my order. It was ready, however, no one notified me.... -- anyway -- I went in and retrieved my items and was very pleased with the outcome. Going with the custom frame option was a bit pricey, transparently, I paid ~$216 for both my degree and license.

I am disappointed in the stock for this store. It is much less than the other Michaels I am used to…read morein the Tampa area. Each section seems to have less variety. I came in for holiday craft supplies. There were more pre-made items than the crafts I could create. I found one holiday themed circle wood board and that was about it. The kids' holiday crafts is down to a center walk way display. I did manage to locate a few things I could try to make what I was wanting to complete. Now, checkout. The line is long and one person is checking out and answering the phone. This is ridiculous. I saw others on the floor. Why was no one coming to help out?!?!?
