Awhile ago I somehow got water inside the glass of two very special photos, one of my maternal…read moregrandparents and one of my husband's grandparents. I knew that Tallahassee Photo and Frame (TPaF) could bring pictures back from the dead, and it did. The work was beyond what I expected, was ready sooner than promised, and the price was very reasonable. Additionally, I found a unlabeled roll of 8mm film last year when I was getting my late parents' house for sale. I brought that in as well and TPaF did a wonderful job of transferring the film to a DVD and included a thumb drive. Turns out it was film of my parents' wedding day back in 1956. Just a few scenes, but it's nice to have. Kudos to TPaH!

Terrible Customer Service -- Extremely Unprofessional I…read morerarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. After being told for weeks that my photos would be ready "next week," I was promised I'd have them back yesterday only for that not to happen again. When I called for an update, I spoke with owner Mike Fraser, who was shockingly rude and dismissive. I was simply asking about a delayed order, and his response was, "I cannot work on what you want me to work on because I'm sitting here wasting time on the phone with you." Telling a paying customer they are "wasting your time" for asking about an order that is already overdue is incredibly unprofessional. I was nothing but polite throughout this process and did not deserve to be spoken to that way. Delays are one thing poor communication and disrespect are another. Mike Fraser seriously needs a lesson in customer service and how to speak to people. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and I would caution others to do the same.

After almost a year, I decided to finally get my degree and license framed. Hobby Lobby was my…read moreplace of choice as I'd previously gotten my sorority membership certificate framed at a different location. I stopped by one day and discussed the many options with the person working in the framing area and decided to go with a custom frame so that both my degree and license could match. The estimated turn-around time was about 3 weeks. On the promised date, I happened to be shopping nearby and decided to call to check on my order. It was ready, however, no one notified me.... -- anyway -- I went in and retrieved my items and was very pleased with the outcome. Going with the custom frame option was a bit pricey, transparently, I paid ~$216 for both my degree and license.

I came in for holiday craft supplies. There were more pre-made items than the crafts I could create. I found one holiday themed circle wood board and that was about it. The kids' holiday crafts is down to a center walk way display. I did manage to locate a few things I could try to make what I was wanting to complete. Now, checkout. The line is long and one person is checking out and answering the phone. This is ridiculous. I saw others on the floor. Why was no one coming to help out?!?!?
