While I was waiting for a worker, I saw a roach crawling on the counter. Seeing a cockroach in an area that customers regularly interact with is very concerning. Cleanliness should be a basic priority for any business, and this experience left me questioning the overall sanitation standards. If there's one roach visible during business hours, it's hard not to wonder how many more there might be that customers don't see.
