We were looking for a local picnic service and glad we found picnic perfect! She was able to recommend the best location and helped us choose the best package for my daughter and her friends. We are a military family that have traveled all over and i must say, this has been the best birthday for my daughter yet. While I was waiting for a worker, I saw a roach crawling on the counter. Seeing a cockroach in an area that customers regularly interact with is very concerning. Cleanliness should be a basic priority for any business, and this experience left me questioning the overall sanitation standards. If there's one roach visible during business hours, it's hard not to wonder how many more there might be that customers don't see. I hope management takes this issue seriously and addresses it immediately. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to return.
