We met Frances at a fundraiser after bidding on a photo session with her to support an organization. We drove to the OC to have our engagement photos taken with our our dog Violet (we took a friend). Frances made us feel comfortable and captured beautiful images. We were happy with the outcome but had already chosen a photographer for our wedding. My fiancé and I recently did an engagement photoshoot with Frances and she is seriously amazing. What we liked about Frances: 1) She responds quickly and does everything in a timely manner. She is easy to reach as well. 2) She was approachable and friendly. Throughout the whole process, we never felt intimidated or nervous about reaching out to her with any question/request. She went a bit above and beyond with her answers as well. For example, I asked her for vendor recommendations, and she provided specific recommendations along with their contact and samples/websites. She also sends out a super super helpful wedding PDF (which she composed herself) that outlines all details of wedding planning and helpful tips. Along with routinely checking in with us, she also provided us a timeline for day of our shoot. She was punctual, and she came prepared with ideas she wanted to execute. One thing I appreciated a lot was her keeping us on task. During our photoshoot, she was very helpful with keeping time. She spent time when needed, took out time to capture little moments or things we desired, but she was also very conscientious of time. If not for her, we would never have caught the sunset! 5) I love our final engagement shoot results! That's all I can say I think she was patient with us haha. We weren't always good at keeping our faces straight. She was actually very hands off with our shoot and acted as a moderator. At the same time, we didn't feel lost, which was my biggest fear. 6) she was a total trooper!! We had several hiccups along the way but she made the pictures look effortless! We made her run a lot! 7) Turnaround time was quick. 8 ) overall, Frances created a very comfortable and fun environment to be in.
